Would have been our 4th visit over 12 days today but was refused entry by the extremely rude person at the gate, due to my wearing shorts & a tube top, as it was also 30+°. He told me it was a bikini top!! For the record I wore very similar clothing on the last 3 visits & was not a problem. Management need to get All of your staff on the same page as seems to be when it suits at the moment. We will never visit this park again!!!

We had a rough start to the day where we entered the parking area, but then were waved out of the park by security and had to re enter. However, once we were inside we had a great time! Don't miss the Orca and Dolphin shows. Lastly, the woman pictured who takes care of the manatees was great, you can really tell she cares for that little fella

Honestly couldn’t be more disappointed after a couple days at Disney going to Seaworld. On vacation with my two children and my mom who is on oxygen and on a scooter. The staff are all extremely rude and when my mom tried to ride on a ride they gave her a hard time and told her she had to go get the handicap clearance at customer service and were extremely rude about it. Such a night and day difference to Disney where they make the handicapped people feel equal. Also got the all you can eat pass for the dinning which was a waste of money and they fail to tell you it only covers part of the menu at only a handful of places to eat. Will not be returning which is disappointing because it had a ton of potential and really enjoyed the animal shows.
