The animals have large enclosures and plenty of space – you can tell that animal welfare is their top priority. The shows with seals, orcas, and dolphins are simply fantastic and a real highlight. The staff are very friendly and provide lots of interesting information about their animals. A visit that's truly worthwhile – SeaWorld is an absolute must-see in Orlando! Found majority of the staff disgustingly rude which really ruined our day, especially a lady from security for entering the park with absolutely no people skills or manners what so ever. Apart from William at Guest Services who was fabulous to deal with, unfortunately the other staff members were not like this at all. We got the all day dining ticket for extra money of course, the food options provided for this were horrible with a complete lack of vegetarian / gluten free options. A few of the rides were closed either due to “technical difficulties” (quite concerning) or closed early because of the Halloween night, despite not commencing till after 7pm some of the rides closed from 3/4pm which was not stated on the website. Complete waste of money, would not return. Seaworld unfortunately is not what it used to be years ago.

We went to the HOWL-O-Scream as a family. We had a really good time. I enjoyed watching my family ride rollercoasters together and for the first time. Sea world did a great job with the layout.

The rides and overall park experience were pretty fun. However, one of my biggest critiques is the Howl-O-Scream schedule. I arrived at the park at 2 PM and was only able to go on one ride because they closed off half of the park for Howl-O-Scream—keep in mind, this was already happening by 5 PM. I think SeaWorld could do a better job balancing regular park hours with the Halloween event. Another issue I noticed was the customer service. While I’ve never had a problem at the dining areas, the staff working at the rides often seemed unmotivated and disengaged. I understand it’s a tough job, but a little enthusiasm and kindness can make a big difference. To be fair, this doesn't apply to everyone—I've had several great interactions with staff—but the negative experiences still stood out. Overall, it's a great park and I highly recommend visiting with family and friends. Just try to avoid going during the Halloween season unless you specifically plan to attend Howl-O-Scream.

We were her September 16th 2025. Although I absolutely enjoyed the attractions I had a security guard tell my husband (didn't even have the courage to tell me) that I needed to cover up while I was breastfeeding my newborn. It was in the high 80's and babies can't regulate their temperatures so doing that could've given my daughter heat stroke. I was LIVID and instead of covering up I tried to find a corner to hide from the guard. I ended up breastfeeding in other places with my newborn and one yr old with no issue but having a man go up to my husband to tell me I needed to cover up truly ruined my mood and made me feel super uncomfortable.

Awesome animal shows and thrilling roller coasters! The Sesame Street area is perfect for little ones, with a splash park and fun kiddie rides. It can get pretty busy on weekends and holidays, but overall it’s a great value for the money.

We went For the halloween fest, It took us over an hour and 45 minutes to exit the park. As there was no visible signs telling us where to go. Nor did the staff security police officers in the park that could give uspecific directions. The only Visible exit sign was right by the door which said exit.

SeaWorld is always a fun place to watch shows, learn about the animals and ride the roller-coasters. Great for all ages!

Howl-O-Scream at SeaWorld was an absolute blast. The haunted houses were creative and genuinely scary, the scare zones kept the adrenaline up all night, and riding coasters in the dark was unforgettable. Great theming, energetic performers, and smooth organization—totally worth it, and I can’t wait to go back.

i went here as a kid not knowing what they do to their animals especially the whales. All i have to say how disappointed i am that the park is still running with how you they treat their animals. Only way to stop this is if you don’t buy tickets here.
