Our experience was horrible. First, staff should go train at Disney bc they are so rude and unfriendly, after 5 days of Disney, this was not a good way to end our trip. The park was supposed to be open till 8, they started closing over half the park at 4:30 with no notice due to a Halloween party that was starting at 8. After we spent more money and switched days so that we had a longer day, and the part they closed was the back of the park, which is where you’d end up for the second half of the day! They didn’t even give a notice. Was definitely not worth $730. They kicked my pregnant wife off the carousel because she’s 5 months pregnant, a CAROUSEL, THAT GOES AROUND 3 TIMES!

DO NOT purchase tickets during their Halloween event. You will not get your full experience. They start ushering you out the park early, closed down certain rides at 5 PM that will not reopen until the event which you have to purchase a separate ticket for. Rides are constantly closed and reopened throughout the day. Will not be giving my money to this park any longer! It’s nothing but a cash grab now.

Shows and attractions are mediocre with good weather. The food though….so bad. Cold burgers for 18 dollars. Gas station nuggets for 20. Saw a bird gag on a cold fry. Never experienced a meal so bad as here…well it rivals the time I was intentionally poisoned.#keepingthecdcemployed

Quite a few upgrades have been made since our last visit: Penguin Trek rollercoaster is now up and running (a quick 45 second ride that takes you through the penguin area after riding), RipTide (stand up style roller coaster) is a crowd pleaser as well. There were a few food vendors that were closed during our trip, mainly the one near the penguin area, which was a good one if memory serves. If wondering about the all day meal plan, it's a no brainer. Getting it actually saves you money in the long run. With a family of 4, it cost us just around $130 or so (one kid was free), but we ended up "buying" over $200 in food items throughout the day.

That means if you buy a pass for a family member for Christmas and they don't use it until January, it is going to expire in November when you bought it... Seaworld has changed their policy on this and it's very unfair to the customer... We bought a mixture of silver passes and fun cards and now they expire at different dates... When we called about it, they would not do anything about it and refused to help in any way!

Very friendly staff and very family friendly. They have handicap accessible entrances at every stadium. The mime at the seal show is hilarious and friendly. I would recommend planning more than 1 day because there is so much to do.
