I'm a platinum pass holder and I can tell you this company has the most slimy platinum pass benefits. I will never pay for another pass or ticket ever again. Please save your money and go to the many other parks orlando has to offer. And yes I was an platinum pass holder in the past years and they must of changed there rules becouse of this i will never do business with this monopoly again.

The service was terrible. Extremely long wait due to workers not doing their job. The bathrooms were SO DIRTY there was poop specks on the toilets and dirty floors. Everything was so expensive and we missed half of our time there because everything took too long. Seaworld get it together and up your work.

Went to Halloween event, it was a good value. The only issue was that the signage markings where to go after parking was not very good. Except for a single sign and employee in front of the main entrance (which is far from the event entrance) there was nothing to tell you where to go to get in for the Halloween event. The event itself was really fun and I would recommend it.

Parking was $40 and across the street from the park. Not a lot of animal exhibits... which is low-key cool with me because if you saw Blackfish... you understand. But I went for free because of the Military/Veteran benefit. The lady at the counter barely knew the promotion that is year round. And definitely don't go in October. All the kids in Orlando are trick-or-treating there.

October is a quiet time to go. Not much happening before 11am and a number of rides kept closing throughout the day (the main ride we wanted to go on was "closed for the day" from early on). Great orca display.

My experience was fantastic. We were able to see all the park's shows, dolphins, seals, orcas, and aquariums. I love the shows. They also have a water attraction and several roller coasters. They now have new activities for the summer like hydro surgue cirque, night orcas show and electric dolphins show.
