So disappointed with this park. Had not been there in quite a number of years and it is just so disappointing. We found the park poorly kept but most disappointedly queuing for rides was a futile exercise as there were people constantly skipping the line and the staff did not seem remotely bothered by this practice. We unfortunately had purchased a 14 day ticket and had intended to go to the park For a few days but we won’t be returning. I did contact customer services but they just advised me to send an email but the email Was never responded to which confirms the regard that is shown to customers.

High priced, poor quality food, toilets no paper and disgusting condition. Disinterested employees, working at snail pace, lots of shows closed assume as require team members to staff them. Overall would not bother with SW again. It’s been going downhill for years.
