Perfect weather today wind less than 5mph and yet no fireworks. They said no fireworks due to wind, they used the same excuse last year. If you not doing that, don’t put it on schedule. We paid a lot for the ticket and stays late expecting fireworks! Very disappointed, over promised, under delivers!

The Christmas celebration here is amazing. Centered on Christ. A most wonderful experience. O Wondrous Night was amazing. The dancer in the white hat made the show for me. Just a most excellent performance. I didn't take photos. I was living in the moment.

Giving them a 4 because there roller coasters are really great, what isn't is the inefficient way they run their rides. Every other park has a team member or even 2 organizing people to the correct lane depending on numbers and children that need an adult also sorting the kids that can't ride. Most rides took 4 minutes to load because people had things in there pockets or bags etc that weren't allowed or kids that were to short or didnt have a parent sitting with them. The staff would take people off the coaster when it was loaded to measure them which was so frustrating. We had fast passes which was a waste as there were no staff letting us on first or the lanes were blocked off with noone around to talk to. Hire more staff!!!!

SeaWorld Orlando, is one of the last standing theme parks that still make taking the family to one affordable. Whether its one of their ticket specials or if you can swing it season passes, you can enjoy a day at the park to experience the shows, rides, or if you happen to visit during the holidays, and enjoy the extra holiday decor. The month of December is always a hit for us. Staff members are always pleasant and the shows never disappoint. While the shows maintain the main framework, one can appreciate how they change up some of the scripting, and added humor for entertainment. If you purchase the season pass that provides a discount on food, drinks, includes parking, and extra tickets it's well worth the money. Not to mention the opportunity to invite friends & family to join you and make memories. I would of given 5-stars but, I'm not sure if the trade off of affordability sacrifices the ability to staff the park appropriately in order to maintain the restrooms. Many of them lacking soap & if I were to rate them on a 1 low - 5 great, I'd give them a 2. Other than that, I've been going to SeaWorld since I was a kid, I'm 47 now, and it's still one of the theme parks I enjoy going to that has a little bit of something for everyone.

My family of five visited SeaWorld for the very first time, and overall we had a great day, until the very end, when an experience on Penguin Trek completely overshadowed what had otherwise been a fun visit. Throughout the day, our family was repeatedly split up while riding attractions because one adult always had to remain with our stroller and belongings. Due to how busy the park was, we did not feel comfortable leaving our stroller unattended and wanted to ensure our personal items were not taken. As a result, we were rarely able to ride together as a full family of five. During this time, I rode multiple rides, including Penguin Trek earlier, while wearing a small fanny pack. At no point was I asked to remove it or told it was not allowed. Later in the evening, once the park had significantly cleared out, we finally felt comfortable leaving the stroller. This was a big moment for us, because it meant we were finally able to ride together as a family for the first time that day. Our children were especially excited. As we were about to board Penguin Trek together at the end of the night, I was suddenly and very publicly yelled at in a rude and aggressive manner that I had to remove my fanny pack and place it in a locker, by a woman seating guests on the ride. I say "only woman" because noone would give me her name so I could report her. The issue was not being asked to use a locker, I would have happily complied. The issue was the inconsistency, the tone, and the way the situation was handled. I was approached and yelled at by the only woman employee seating guests in the main room at the time, which was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. I immediately ran to put my bag away and returned quickly, arriving as my family was being seated. The employee had the opportunity to allow me to ride with them but chose not to. As a result, my children were forced to ride without me, and my oldest child was left in tears after waiting all day for that moment for us to finally experience the ride together as a family. To make matters worse, while I was standing there upset and not allowed on the ride, two men, one named Travis and another whose name I did not catch came in and removed me from the area after being told I was at fault. I am unsure if they were managers, but the way they spoke to me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I was not given the name of the employee involved, and I was spoken to as though I had done something wrong, despite having ridden the same attraction earlier that day with the same item. There was no acknowledgment that staff failed to enforce policies consistently throughout the day. Policies should be applied consistently, and guests should be treated with respect, especially when the issue stems from staff inconsistency not guest misconduct. The ride attendants did not handle this situation appropriately, and management failed to de-escalate or show understanding. I was not made to feel like a valued guest. This experience was especially disappointing because it was our first time visiting SeaWorld, and it ended our night on a very negative and emotional note. Something like this would never have happened at Disney World, which we are visiting tomorrow and that comparison is unfortunately unavoidable. I hope SeaWorld will address: Consistent enforcement of ride policies Proper guest communication and respectful tone Staff training on handling situations involving families and children I truly hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences, because no family’s night should ever end the way ours did. Yes, I'm upset big time. Disney would NEVER have treated their guests this way!!! We spent so much money today at seaworld, do better!!!!

We purchased passes for the year. We found that the best deal with the children. The ice skating Christmas show was beyond amazing!!! The fireworks afterwards was incredible. They have fake snow, performers who walk around entertaining everyone. The employees have all been helpful, kind, and informative. Even late at night, after a long day everyone single employee We encountered was insightful, they suggested different pathways which saved us time. Though tired from a long day, I was impressed with their professional attitude and willingness to be of assistance.

The staff were amazing and helpful but the people were rude and kids spitting on other kids and people skipping lines made us leave early..Love the attractions and animals..
