Renewed our annual passes recently and I am second guessing this decision. I had terrible customer service while visiting today to celebrate our daughter’s 15th birthday. It all began while at the kiosk, she brought a friend with her so we went to claim a guest pass. At this time it gave me the opportunity to purchase a refillable cup for a year. I read the information closely and decided it was a good deal. When we entered the park, I hung onto the soda voucher. While the teens went on some rides I visited some feeding stations and animals exhibits. Around 2:30 I was getting thirsty so I decided to redeem my voucher, near the dolphin area, I was told that redemption could only be done on the other side of the park at the gift shop at exhibition Odyssey. So I walked to the other side of the park, to be told that I actually need to go to the coffee shop. So I walked back to the coffee shop, they have no idea and suggested I go the shop out by the entrance. So there I go , now feeling frustrated! He reads it and tells me to go to the tent over by seafire grill , where the all day dining is. So I head there, they tell me inside any restaurant just show my id. So naturally I go inside seafire grill. They tell me they have never seen this and can’t help me. I have walked over a mile back and forth. I then head straight to guest services. The female attendant was loud and very verbally yelling at me. Naturally I met her energy and asked for a manager. Where she make multiple attempts to explain to me that my pass isn’t valid until the date on my voucher which clearly reads valid through 1/5/2027. No place on the voucher does it read “not valid until “. Remember this was presented to me on the kiosk. After asking for a manager 3 times. She walks away. The “Manager“ proceeds to tell me it has something to do with 12 days of Christmas, and it’s not available to use until January 2026. He says hen tells me it’s not his problem that I didn’t read the pass holder benefits. It’s not his problem I “don’t read”! I have no words. I simply requested a refund, I thought what I purchased could be used the day I bought it. No where in the kiosk or voucher did it indicate it was for a future date! I was refused a refund, and gave Ben a soda voucher. I was spoken down to! Then when entering a show to use reserved seating, I was told that we could use the reserved seating but our guest needs to sit elsewhere. Our benefits don’t transfer. I am absolutely appalled!! I used my guest pass which is a benefit for pass holders, but they can not use the benefit of sitting with us. I love the animals and trainers, shows even. But customer service sucks!!! Think twice before purchasing. I wasted money and time! So disappointed!!!

SeaWorld Orlando truly shines when it comes to animal encounters. The up-close experiences are memorable, educational, and clearly designed to help guests appreciate the animals and their habitats. From the dolphin and orca presentations to the penguins, sea lions, and rays, the animal exhibits are well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The encounters allow you to get close without feeling rushed, and the staff members are knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the animals. They take the time to explain behaviors, conservation efforts, and answer questions, which makes the experience even more meaningful. The behind-the-scenes and interactive encounters were a highlight and made the visit feel special and unique compared to other theme parks. It’s refreshing to experience attractions that focus on learning and connection rather than just thrills. Overall, SeaWorld Orlando offers some of the best animal encounters in Orlando, and they are absolutely worth the visit. A great experience for anyone interested in wildlife, conservation, and hands-on learning.

It's a fun park but the employees seem miserable. Most did not put in the effort to be polite. And the all day dining add on kinda sucks. Yes it saves money if you are there for 2 meals, but it's very restrictive and the restaurants have little to no signage explaining what you can get. The app makes it clear which restaurants are cleared for the use of this add on. But it's not super obvious what you can grab off the buffet style line. You get one drink, one entree, and one side OR dessert (but only certain desserts, again not clearly labeled). The perk resets every 90 minutes. And bottled water doesn't count as your drink for some reason. You would think a place that makes this much money wouldn't need so many weird nuances in their packages. Oh and most of the food is not great, and if you want a cooked item be prepared to wait for one person to very slowly assemble your sandwich. I gave up at one point because i didn't see a cook on our side of the line for 10 minutes so I just grabbed a turkey wrap off the counter. It was edible.

So now SeaWorld is only allowing certain people with specific disabilities to enter the park and use only the assisted utilities that are approved by the SW powers that be. I see a mass of civil liberty lawsuits to follow.

We are a huge seaworld fan and this is our 6th visit to the Orlando location. It just doesn’t quite hit the same as it used to too, it needs a refresh as things are being worn down, including the orca screen, which is glitching. Otherwise stills a great valued park
