I wrote an awesome review previously but had to edit it due to a few things I have noticed in my several trips to SeaWorld Orlando this year. I have a gold pass for the entire year and my girlfriend and I bought the 60$ cups to get refills every 15 minutes for the year. All of the refill kiosks are almost always out of or really low on the soda syrups, I scan the cup and get the drink I want and it tastes like carbonated water. When its 100 degrees outside and you're trying to get a drink and end up with a drink you have to dump, you still have to wait 15 more minutes until you can try a different type. I told the staff that it's out of syrup and asked if something could be done and they essentially told me they won't do anything for me, sorry. So I paid a lot of money to get these drinks and it's kind of ridiculous that I have to just deal with it like that. At dockside pizza we stopped to get a sprite and of course it was out of syrup so just carbonated water again, the staff member was told about it and rudely told us that he was aware of the problem and that we needed to wait 15 minutes and then get refills but don't get the sprite this time... knowing that its out why not at least put a note on it so people don't waste their refill on it or maybe refill the syrup? It just makes no sense to me and although it won't stop me from coming back probably, it definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. (No pun intended) 1 out of 10 for customer service at the the drink stations. Most other things here are great but when its so hot outside its a big to drop the ball on such a major thing like drinks. Not everyone gets unlimited refills and i would be really really mad if I used my 10$ drink refill and got that if it was all I had.

Update 2/2/26- I have lowered my review. I can't support such a business that would allow the lies told by the reps for Club Wyndham. Why not be truthful with how it really works so people are not paying unnecessarily. They harass people to stop and push making it seem like you qualify for something great, but it is all lies and a script. Don't fall for it. We will not return to Seaworld after our passes expire. The fact they allow this on their property. So sad. We were having a great time until we were approached. ----- It's ok to walk around and get some steps in especially with younger children. Cute shows. A lot of things are very unorganized, like the line to get in and lines for some rides. The staff members look absolutely miserable. One even just pointing me in the absolute wrong direction of an event. If they didn't know, they could have just said that.

Went to SeaWorld for Christmas & must say I was pretty disappointed. The park was NOT prepared for the crowd that was there today. Wait times for food at places that were part of the “All Day Dining Deal” were at least 30min at every place we went to eat, and at 8:30 some of them were completely out of food. Maybe this wasn’t a “regular Christmas Day crowd, but it could have been a better day for ALL those People that went to SeaWorld if the park had been on top of it…….
