Loved it! I recommend getting annual passes as they pay for them selves. Reduced prices on meals and parking! Also they give free guest passes aswell. Sesame land wasn't as big as I thought. But still enjoyed myself with all the kids. We had a wonderful time with my lil ones! N all the staff we encountered were friendly except the older lady who works at the edys ice cream shop she refused to make my daughter a milk shake n its the only way she could consume ice cream. She is 3 yrs old. She didn't care. I left i didn't purchase anything there we left with all our guest. N we went to Baskin Robins after sea world an additional stop I didn't want to make but had to since they didn't get their ice cream or milk shakes at sea world. But other then that we had a blast!!

Dont plan to go to guest services at the entrance. The line is not that long but it is horribly understaffed. Weight takes forever.

Lost stroller I have a annual pass and have never had problems until today. It’s 95 degrees and I have a toddler (with asthma) so I brought our stroller. Went to see the Sea lion show at 2pm. Got out around 2:28pm. My stroller is gone. I spoke to woman worker guarding the stroller, she said she saw nothing. Spoke to guest services, filled report with security, and did a police report. They said they do not have cameras watching that area. No one could help. We waited for 3 hours and kept checking for updates. Nothing. Very frustrated.

The food plan is a joke, the rides we wanted to go on were closed, the restraunts we wanted were closed, and we got stuck with food from the food plan that was not good at all. The only reason the rating is as high as it is is because the shows and animals. Everything else was pretty bad. Not something I would probably recommend...
