I thought SeaWorld Orlando was incredible already, but going at Christmas time? Magical! The iceskating show and violinist were phenomenal! The lines were shorter than I expected. The shows were amazing! The food was delicious! This place is 100% worth having a platinum pass. I don't think I'll ever tire of coming back.

My first time here and the family had an absolute blast. Not crowded at all. The weather was great. The orcas were so cool.

It was not too crowed, but not too empty. The shows were a great way to break the day. The rides are the biggest in Orlando!

The park was clean. The roller coasters were absolutely amazing. I couldn't get enough of Mako and Pipeline. I deducted one star because the food isn't stellar.

Lots of family fun was had. We went with our 3 year old and some friends. There wasn’t a moment to be bored - the highlight of the trip was Sesame Street followed by the dolphins and orcas. Definitely have a heart feed before you go and bring snacks, the food is extremely expensive and isn’t great quality - they do have a chic-fil-a on site the queues are crazy for that though. If you have a big family I’d recommend buying one of the dining packages.

(Translated by Google) A really cool park, perfect for those who like roller coasters, and the best park in Orlando. Besides having several great shows, they also have a fantastic meal plan. (Original) Parque muito legal, para quem gosta de montanhas russas e o melhor parque de Orlando, além de vários shows bacana, tem também o plano alimentação que é ótimo.

My experience at the PENGUIN TREK at SeaWorld was completely unacceptable and deeply concerning due to the behavior of one of your employees. A staff member with red hair named LIZ acted in an aggressive, disrespectful, and unprofessional manner toward me. She removed my phone before I boarded the ride without providing any clear warning or explanation that leaving personal belongings in the unsecured containers at the end of the attraction was entirely at my own risk. This was not communicated as a safety policy, but rather imposed without proper customer guidance. After exiting the ride, when I calmly requested my phone back, I was met with hostile and dismissive behavior, which escalated the situation unnecessarily. This type of conduct is completely inappropriate for any employee, and especially alarming in a family-oriented theme park that serves large numbers of children every day. SeaWorld operates in one of the world’s most competitive tourism markets and is expected to uphold the highest standards of customer service, professionalism, and respect. Allowing employees with aggressive attitudes to interact with guests reflects poorly on the company and undermines guest trust and safety. I formally urge SeaWorld to review the security camera footage from this attraction to corroborate my experience and to take immediate corrective action, including a serious review of staff training, supervision, and hiring standards. Incidents like this should not be tolerated, nor repeated. This encounter significantly damaged my visit and left me with serious concerns about the level of guest care being provided.

(Translated by Google) Many attractions closed, the walrus show cancelled, mandatory but expensive lockers. Outrageous: $40 for parking, $14 for a two-hour locker. Avoid! (Original) De nombreuses attractions fermées, le spectacle des morses annulé, des lockers obligatoires mais payant. Prohibitif 40 dollars le parking, 14 dollars le locker pour deux heures. À éviter!

Terrible experience. I had a great experience at the Sea World in San Diego so I brought my family to the one in Orlando but it was a great disappointment. We bought tickets to attend 3 shows - and we ended up not being able to watch any. The sea lions was canceled (twice - after we were told that the latter show would definitely be on); the dolphins show was canceled too; so we ended up not waiting around for the orca show for another 2 hrs to just hear it was canceled. We ended up paying $400 for 3 people for 3 hours and didn’t get much for it. Can’t believe I flew my family out for this place!
