The worst service ever !!! My son came for a field trip with his school forgot his phone in the locker we had to come all the way back to pick up his phone nobody was helpful at ALL ! They had no idea what to do in a situation like this !! Very mean rude and unhelpful !!! Would not even give them 1 star !!!

I was disappointed with the overall experience. Not enough interesting or fun exhibits and activities. Also, our ticket included one meal. But there was confusion about what was included. At the restaurant, a server said a dessert was included, but the cashier said it wasn't and charged us. Also, a drink was not included. And they wouldn't let me substitute a fruit cup instead of French fries. The cheeseburger I got was cold and rubbery. Not good. The best part was probably the dolphin show, but even that wasn't all that great. I don't see myself going back.
