Really bad experience at park on Saturday. Was yelled at by one of the park employees. I did contact her ambassador and Greg did she he was going to speak to the woman that I reported. And again for the 6th time the needle was not running for us to ride. Also I waited in the customer service line two different times on Saturday. Spending over one hour and 30 minutes just to try to resolve the problems I had with no consideration from park management. I am a pass holder to Sea world, Universal studios and Disney and I have never had any problems with the other parks only sea world. I will not be renewing my season pass and will definitely tell people about how disappointed I am in your park.

I'm very disappointed in Sea World. Some company has rented out the park...so instead of SeaWorld letting thousands of consumers including myself know that this has happened...they rounded all of us up like cattle and push us out the park hours before closing time. We didn't get a notice and we wasn't warned about this. It's like we was cheated out of half of our day.

SeaWorld Orlando is a great park overall with impressive attractions and shows. It’s definitely more focused on bigger rides and experiences for taller kids and adults. If you’re visiting with toddlers, the Sesame Street area is quite limited, and during our visit several parts were closed, which made the toddler offering even smaller. We had also booked the dine/lunch with the orcas experience, which was unfortunately cancelled on the day. Since we travelled all the way from Europe, this was quite disappointing as it was something we were really looking forward to. That said, the park is beautiful and well organized, and families with older kids will probably get much more out of the experience.

As Floridians we have season passes to all the Disney Parks and all 4 parks in the sea world package. SeaWorld is our favorite out of all the theme parks. ❤️
