Great Boating With a Tinge of Haphazardness
We overall enjoyed being on the boat and water. The sites are pretty and, as luck would have it, we did see some dolphins! With that said, the logistics and organization felt a little bit off. I outline this below: • The instructions say to arrive 25-30 minutes early for check in and waiver signing. We arrived at 11:30 and no one was there. • A gentleman approached us and was confused where the driver was. Turns out he was there to fill the boat with fuel. Our guide showed up at about 11:45 and said the fuel guy wasn’t answering his phone. • We never signed a waiver. And we had to ask who were speaking to; we didn’t know who we were getting in the boat with until we confirmed the Captain’s name. • Then, there was some perceived surprise that there were only two of us and that we didn’t have a cooler or anything with us. Our reservation was for two people and we weren’t aware we could bring anything. • We were then prompted with something to the effect of “we can go wherever you want.” We aren’t from Florida and have no idea where to go. • Indeed, the reservation was clear it was “about 2 hours.” We docked at 1:18pm (about 78 minutes on the water) and there was a fuel surcharge. So I’m not sure if we paid for 2 hours of fuel? Overall, it all felt a little haphazard. Our perception was that our tour was forgotten about. I don’t think that was the actual case, it was just looking that way based on how the above unfolded. Some people do follow instructions to a T; the waiting alone at an empty dock, not sure where we were or what was going on, and the overall realization we were allegedly underprepared was a little daunting. I’m not sure we would do this again. For $400 (including tip) it was not quite what we imagined.

Christmas Light Tour Intercostal water ways
It’s nice to see and was just OK but not well narrated by staff and they are not really service driven…personally I’d spend my money on the all day water taxi you get more information and better service…a sunset and christmas lights…this was just basically a boat ride…they didn’t even really highlight the christmas lights they passed.

We had such a great time and the captain was very knowledgeable and the crew was great. We went as a family and had the best time. The homes were very nice and the lights was beautiful at night.

Holiday spirit boost
This was an excellent tour! I highly recommend it. Great way to see Christmas lights and see Ft Lauderdale from a different perspective than in a car.

Great Trip
Extremely professional and fun crew. Highly recommend this trip. I've been on similar New River tours but never actually knew any of the history of the properties along the way.

Great Time
We went last night 12-14-25 for the tour. We had a great time. The crew was GREAT! We sat in the middle behind the console, it was hard to hear the Captain/Tour Guide over the egines sometimes but we made do. Will do it again.

Disappointed christmas tour, the homes were beautiful but the tour not so muche
Tour started slow, as well boarded drinks should have been served. There were only 2 crew members, the captain, and 1 crew. Drinks were not served until the boat began. The captain was narrating the homes along the intercoastal, however after fact checking he only got the 1 mansion correct. The former jay Leno mansion. The rest were not even accurate. 1 was just a urban legend. Music was hardly christmas music and the narrative stopped halfway thru the trip. So we all just enjoyed the lights on our own. We reccomend you check out other tour operators with more experience.
