When we arrived at the...
When we arrived at the boat, the tour operator told us that we had to pay an extra $20 a person because you had the price listed wrong. Would not ley us on the boat until we pay the additional fees. Seemed strange and extremely unprofessional.

Awesome Cruise!!!
Absolutely beautiful night! Even though the clouds didn’t cooperate for sunset our captain gave us a great tour. Even saw a dolphin! We would highly recommend!

Canceled tour
The operator canceled the tour on the same day of the tour. I called the operator to request a refund, but they said I have to contact Viator. I contacted Viator, & they said they have to contact the operator. I am still waiting for my refund. Based on other reviews, it appears this operator cancel their tours easily. It is better to book something else to ensure no disappointment, & left you with nothing to do.

Booked the Christmas...
Booked the Christmas Lites cruise with BOW VIP seating. Arrived at the dock and they did not have our reservation. Said that there were 8 open seats and they could get us on but BOW VIP seats did not exist. We waited an hour and did not get on the tour. The operator refunded us but we were our an Uber ride there and back. Don't book this tour with Viator and I would be hesitant booking direct as it does not seem well run.

Beautiful and relaxing.
Super duper calm and the people are great and they bring you on a little tour of the houses in the area and which celebrities are in certain houses.

IT WAS SO FUN!!!! Great trip and we got a tour afterwards it was about 15 min in the air and they dunked us in the wate before they pulled us in it was a blast highly recommend

Mike and Matt were fabulous!! Very kind people and most of all fun and safe!! They played fun music, properly secured everyone for a safe experience. We will absolutely do this again when we visit from Boston!

Paid higher price for something given away
The boat ride was pleasant as well as the crew. My only complaint was that they over sold the main area and started moving people into the front of the boat which had a higher priced ticket

Relaxing boat ride and fun staff.
Crew was amazing. Beautiful experience with the pretty sunset and watching the cruises go out. Definitely breathtaking. Highly recommend.

Bride to Be Celebration
The experience was perfect and the crew was amazing. My daughters and granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed!! We are celebrating an upcoming wedding and wanted this adventure to add to three memories. KUDOS!!

What a great trip!! The boat was beautiful the staff were outstanding and lots of fun!! The boat captain and crew were really quiet entertaining and knowledgeable !!

Pirate Parisailing Beware!
They wanted an extra $20 for each person to parasail and that what we fully prepaid Viator only paid for a ride on the boat We refused to pay them, there was an argument them. They blamed Viator and refused us to get on the boat!

Worth the experience!
Be sure to dress warm. It was a fun experience and the staff were friendly and funny. It could have been a little longer in our opinion.
