Relaxing boat ride
Pay the extra to sit up front. The unobstructed views was worth it. But if all the seats don’t get sold they let the other the guests that didn’t pay the extra money fill in so a little frustrating that they got the same thing for no extra money. We did enjoy the ride. The crew was very pleasant and the fun facts on the way back made the trip interesting too. Glad we did it.

Cancelled Reservation
My reservation was cancelled and I wasnt even notified. We bought an uber there and back. I need to be reimbursed for the tickets and the uber rides from my hotel. I also tried calling to support number so many times. No one picks up.

Sad state for Anniversary!!
Did not get what was offered!!! Sunset was not up to par!!! There was no VIP seating..... weather was not good enough to leave the bay...... so it was not romantic at all!!!

Sunset Cruise
We went on the evening sunset cruise and sat in the bow seats. It was a lovely experience and had a very entertaining captain! It is a calm cruise and not a speed boat ride despite the boat name! ;)

Spring break 2026
Brought our college kiddos and got some great pictures for the gram along with Great little trip. It was a fun look at the beautiful homes and sunset in Fort Lauderdale. Anthony was great adding a little comedy to the trip. And beverages were reasonably priced as well. I would highly recommend.

Cruise canceled Twice!
My cruise was canceled due to inclement weather twice. I was told I would receive a call in 2 days to get a refund but no one has called. I submitted a claim to the company with receipts and have yet to hear from anyone.

No trip no tip
Got a notification that our boat had been canceled due to weather. Called to ask about rebooking and was told they were not aware the boat had been canceled. I explained that the text had said to reach out to rebook to which she goes oh yeah it’s canceled due to weather. Ask to rebook for the next day in the morning and was told they had no availability but online had multiple times. Clearly whoever works the phones has their head in the sand.

Fantastic time! First time and pretty good for us being in our early 70s. I’m afraid of heights but loved it. So glad that we went. SeaRocket crew was great, highly recommend this to everyone!

Not refunded
I unfortunately was the only one who signed up and ubered there for 50$. I was notified it was cancelled after I called and that I should've gotten a "message through trip advisor" but I got no notification of cancellation. It was sad as it was my only day to do excursions and had dinner at Del Mar afterwards as comfort. They did not offer a refund which was infuriating. Happy to correct any of this review if I am off base in any way however it was a disappointing experience.
