My boyfriend and I came for the Animal Crossing Exhibit and were so happy with how our day went! They let us in before our ticket time since it wasn’t too busy, which was great. It was very clean, everyone was very friendly, and the city theme was done really well. The best part was definitely when one of the managers came up asking us if we wanted to see something cool, and then took us in the back to get a peak of the big city tank from above!! She was so nice and told us a bunch of the names of the sharks and fish in the tank, as well as answered all of our questions. It was great to see it from a different angle and totally made the experience even better! I’ve been to the SeaLife at the Mall of America, which was cool as well, but getting to go in the back completely topped my boyfriend and my’s expectations!! Absolutely loved it, and I loved how they incorporated Animal Crossing into it :)

Buying tickets offline is expensive. They charged same for kids and adults. It is an average aquarium.

My kids loved it but save your money and hit up ANY other Zoo or Aquarium and you'll all be MUCH happier!

Shane was excellent! I can boast all day about Shane. He is a great representative for Sea Life to have! We went to the aquarium for our 1 year anniversary and the underwater eco system they have on display is magnificent. One issue is the giant eels. It seems like they should have a larger tank to stretch out in. There are however a couple of other issues that we noticed. One the tickets are priced high for this experience. Also, when we came in and had our tickets scanned a lady asked if we were having pictures and I asked her how much they cost, she stated that they were included! So we took our pictures and I thought "oh my this is great to have as memory of our 1st year anniversary". When we got to the end to pick up our pictures they told us we had to pay for them. Which wasn't what we were told at the entrance to the display. Anyhow, we tried to explain to the lady, the one with the purple hair, what was happening to us ans she was so rude we walked out. I was going to go ahead a buy the pictures but she wouldn't shut her mouth, a very, very rude lady. Well, she ruined our anniversary at Sea Life and walking out of there her arguing with my us was all we could talk about. Sorry Shane. Because we overlooked how wonderful his service was. We left there angry and upset!! Ruined our anniversary!!!!!

モール・オブ・アメリカの中にある水族館を利用しました。ショッピングモールの中にある施設とは思えないほど見応えがあり、買い物や食事の合間に立ち寄れる気軽さがありながら、内容はしっかり充実していてとても楽しめました。 特に印象に残ったのは、海の生き物を間近で見られる展示です。水槽の中をゆっくり泳ぐ魚たちやサメ、エイなどを眺めているだけでも癒やされましたし、トンネル型の水槽では、まるで海の中を歩いているような感覚になりました。大人でも十分楽しめる雰囲気で、子ども連れの方にもかなりおすすめできる場所だと思います。 館内は比較的見て回りやすく、モール内にあるのでアクセスも分かりやすかったです。天候に左右されずに楽しめるのも良い点で、ミネソタ観光やモール・オブ・アメリカでの買い物の予定に組み込みやすい施設だと感じました。展示もただ見るだけではなく、生き物の特徴や海の世界に興味を持てるような工夫があり、思っていた以上に満足感がありました。 スタッフの方の対応も落ち着いていて、施設全体も清潔感がありました。混雑している時間帯でも、順路に沿って進めばしっかり楽しめると思います。買い物だけでなく、少し特別な体験をしたい時にぴったりのスポットです。 モール・オブ・アメリカを訪れるなら、ぜひ一緒に立ち寄ってみる価値がある水族館だと思います。家族連れ、カップル、友人同士、ひとりでゆっくり見たい方にもおすすめです。またモールに行く機会があれば、再訪したいと思える場所でした。
