We really enjoy our membership to Sea Life, but had an especially memorable visit this week. Staff member Camryn was giving educational talks in the shark area and was kind enough to show our kids around behind the scenes between presentations. She was so kind and really made our day! Thank you for such a special visit!

On par with some of the better aquariums I visited like Ripleys and sea life in New Orleans. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, kids loved the multiple aquarium tunnels and sting ray bay! Tickets are a few dollars cheaper online but the kiosk at the mall are easy to use to get tickets right away!

The aquarium itself was nice but the staff left something to be desired. After being told we close in 1 minute (this was the only warning we received of the closing time) we got to the gift shop area, upon reaching the area we were told they were closed and we wouldn't be able to purchase a stuffy for my daughter. I have been in multiple stores at closing time and have never just blatantly been refused a purchase, I could have understood if they said we are closing and if you would like to purchase something then to check out but to just say outright i was not able to buy anything really rubbed me the wrong way. Will not be visiting again.

My family loves this place. We’ve gone there twice in a row for my son’s 1st and second birthday which happens to be on 1 jan. The mall is a definitely crowded on that day, however inside the aquarium felt much less crowded which is a good thing! This time, the place felt a little smaller than it did the first time, as in we were in and out in like 35 minutes. We still had a lot of fun and took great pictures for my son’s second birthday/new year. I definitely recommend this place, especially if you have little toddlers.

This was the most amazing experience! The marine life was amazing. The staff were truly knowledgeable. Great place to bring family. There were a few rowdy kids that made things challenging while walking to exhibits.

There are several turtles. 1 is really friendly, but the rest didn't seem happy or healthy. That was my first impression until i found out that most of these animals were rescued. Then you realize that this aquarium takes time to bring these animals back into shape. I believe that this should be informed to the public so visitors reach another level of appreciation of the work that the crew does. Employees were great by the way!
