My friends and I visited for what was MY first time ever, and I was so impressed with the staff, sweet animals, and care they're being provided. Shawn gave us an amazing Shark Talk, and even gave us a behind the scenes look and animal feeding opportunity. They were amazing and we learned so much!

Worse service ever the manager Samara is complete rude, unhelpful and negligent, she ruined my family and myself experience, a popular place like the aquarium should not have people like her on their team. Honestly i would nottttt recomend this place to come for a vacation. Fire her or people would never come again.

My family and I went to sea life On a federal holiday. There was a good amount of people doing the same thing we were, But this didn’t impact our experience In the slightest! We got in fast, we did everything we wanted to do! The staff answered any questions that we had. Especially any of the questions my nephew had, which he is six and has a very curious mind! I love how Camyren, One of the staff, Was so attentive to my nephew and encouraged his questions! She answered all of them with “that’s a very good question” and then told him the answer, which made him feel like his questions were very Important! He’s even now considering doing exactly what she does when he grows up, In the same place. An allowing him to feed the fish, give him an even more personalized experience that he loved so much, and I think made the biggest impact on him. She made this experience so amazing and have such a big impact on his life and we are so thankful for this interaction!

Definitely go at opening and not around lunchtime, that is when everybody decides to come in for the day. Extremely kid, friendly and baby friendly. They had really neat lights on the floor and the walk-through tunnel was exciting for our eight month old.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to answer questions. While it’s not the largest aquarium, it’s well-organized and provides a memorable experience for all ages. It's a perfect way to spend a few hours!
