Great experience to waste some time in the day. We got to enjoy the touch tank and pet some star fish. And the ocean tunnel was our favorite!

If you want to skip the line, just use the elevator. They control the people going down the escalator but not the elevator. You can watch everyone using the elevator and getting in line downstairs while they make you wait at the top of the escalator until the line goes down. Great Job Sea Life.

Nice aquarium ran poorly. Just waited in a 25 min line to get told at the front there are no time slots for purchase must go online, why not clear the flock of a line by informing people well before the cashier check in. Seems like a hazard with the amount of people outside couldn’t imagine the inside, happily went somewhere else with my kid.

Good for little ones!! Not very big but we had fun. Especially with the touch tank! Tiny bit pricy but was worth it.

I had a great time here. Sooo many cool fish. The setup with the path through means you won't miss any areas. The tanks looked clean and beautiful. Staff were pleasant; Greenley (?) especially was a joy to chat with -- her enthusiasm about working in a place she loved as a child is enviable. We had a long talk and she also did the behind-the-scenes tour with a nice mix of professional-guide and hang-out-with-friend vibes. Staff talks along the way with things to touch and see closeup were good (Andrew, and ... maybe Benjamin??). Staff were also good about getting me into the behind-the-scenes tour when I'd messed up the ticket purchase at the entry. The turtle-rescue exercise was fun and educational. There's information about the creatures, not an excess of it, but a few details about most of the fish. The different types of tanks were cool. Moving projections on the floors and walls are a fun touch. I can see how this place would get uncomfortable if it was busy and full of people. I went on a February Monday afternoon and there was hardly anyone else in many sections. I was the last one out and even in the gift shop, where I'd love to have had time to browse, the staff seemed totally at ease with NOT rushing me out "because we're closing". That's unlike many places. OH, AND, unlike a number of area attractions, the aquarium stays open till 6 p.m., so you don't have to rush through if you didn't get there early. Only complaint is the pre-purchase timed-entry charge-more-on-the-day ticketing: I see this is a Thing in many places now and it's frustrating for visitors unfamiliar with an area and unsure what time they can arrive. Then having to buy tickets outside at the automated kiosk seemed kind of a screwy setup. There was a staff person there to help -- why not just put them at a counter and have them sell the tickets? I spent over 3 hours here and really enjoyed it.

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPIRIENCE $67 DOLLARS FOR 15 MINUTES LMFAO WHAT A JOKE NEVER AGAIN, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU HAVE A BETTER EXPIRIENCE GOING TO A PET SHOP AND WATCH FISHES INSIDE THE STORE, how does this place have a high rating is Totally BEYOND ME.

Update 2/28/2025 - the viewing tunnel was amazing, it was the section I thoroughly enjoyed!!! 2/23/2025 - This aquarium had limited marine life. It was nicely setup and easy to navigate the facility. We went on a Saturday and it was crowded!

Smells like dead fish, I know the smell because I have 6 tanks at home and over the years have had the displeasure of smelling that a few times. There's also no room and way too many people. If you take any sort of time to enjoy the views of the tanks you're being bombarded with 30 kids, 12 adults and 14 strollers behind you. There's nowhere to go to let them pass or all enjoy it together. Kids are blocking entire views, which isn't an issue if they ever moved along but after 15 minutes of waiting I just went to the next room myself. Imo, they should definitely limit how many people are allowed inside at once, it was basically a waste of 40 bucks just to listen to kids scream and fast walk through there so I wasn't blocking people. They gave a "tunnel" under a small tank. And there's only room for 3 people in there. Which was taken by a couple sitting on the small bench. If you stop to look at all you're blocking them, then the 30 kids behind you trying to see. I don't ever plan on returning here, there's much better options other places.

Great place, does not give that icky zoo feeling of animals in captivity. The animals like the dolphins, seals and otters looked comfortable and were very playful.
