Pretty bad. The aquarium itself was ok but the mall experience was terrible. Grapevine needs to update their property. The Rainforest cafe was ok... Customer service was bad...but I bit down on a thermometer checker that tests the meat for the burger, it was still inside my burger! Almost cracked my tooth and it stabbed the roof of my mouth and all the manager did was give me a free desert?! Are we serious? He didn't seemed concerned at all. That's a total law suit! And then leaving the mall the sliding doors shut on me when I was mid way leaving!!! And ripped my toe nail off my third toe!! Lost my nail! My whole nail!!! Skin showing!! Security did help me the best they could but she seemed frustrated at having other stuff to do and I was told to clean my foot in the bathroom sink! Omg! Head of security or no one asked to write a statement ....I had to offer. Again another law suit that I could have pursued!!! So I will not return unfortunately. They don't seem to care about the well being and safety of people. Good thing my 15 month old was not beside me when the doors shut on me!!! that would have turned into a really bad situation 😡

This place is awesome! I took my daughters and thoroughly enjoyed the entire experience. Even with my hyper-active rambunctious 2 year old 😂... the place is great and offers really cool add-ons and features. Lots of hands on learning.

We went to the SEA LIFE Aquarium in Charlotte for my nephew’s 9th birthday, and it was an amazing experience! He had been asking me for a long time to take him, and it did not disappoint. The facility was beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff was outstanding! From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with friendly and helpful service. The gentleman at the front desk who checked us in was fantastic he explained everything about our tickets, tour times, and what was included. He was incredibly informative and made sure we had everything we needed. The photo staff was also wonderful, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude. A special thank you to the team(Billy) who helped me when I lost my bag. Security responded quickly, reviewed the cameras, and recovered my bag in less than five minutes. I was so relieved, especially after spending $80 at the gift shop! Their professionalism and efficiency truly impressed me. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had since moving to the city. I’ll definitely be coming back—maybe for my nephew’s next birthday or even sooner! Huge thanks to the amazing staff—y’all deserve a raise! Keep up the great work!

I took my older kids here when this first opened, nothing much has changed except for the VR ride. We took my youngest and he had a good time.

This aquarium is cool, but it's nothing that special. The touch tank at the end is the coolest part, but overall, this place is quite expensive for how small it is. It's a good place to go if you're in the area, but it's not that great as a standalone experience. As far as aquariums go, this is just OK, I wasn't blown away by anything in particular.

This aquarium is very well done. There are different themes such as under the pier, at the beach, and deep in the ocean. There are several locations where children (and adults) can enter a dome and be part of the underwater experience. A tablet at each display provides information about the sea life represented.

I expected more but it was great for what it was. Staff was friendly and engaging. Touch pool only had starfish and anemones but it was alright. Interactive screens were cool.
