We celebrated our child's birthday here. All of the kids (ages 2-9) enjoyed the experience. The aquarium is very clean, well maintained, and child friendly. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Kids have fun…. Honestly we thought it was a big aquarium. It’s too small for the price “FL Resident” discount. We did the whole thing in 45 mins. The virtual reality isn’t all that either. Definitely not going back to it. I can probably see more Marine animal at petco or petsmart.

We had a great time at SEA LIFE in the Mall of America. It’s not a huge aquarium, but there’s a surprising variety of sea creatures to check out. It's easy to get to — especially if you’re coming in on the light rail, since it’s right near that entrance. One thing we liked is that your ticket is good for the whole day, so you can come back later if you want a break from shopping. Our teens thought it was cool too, which is always a win. If you’re already at the mall, it’s a fun little escape and definitely worth stopping by.
