I pre purchased digital pictures. When we went to retrieve our pictures we were told that there is no one to print the pictures out. I asked the very uninterested girl at the front counter how are we to get the pictures and she said we can download them and print them out at home, she assumed that we have the ability to print out pictures at home. We have been trying to download the pictures for 7 days and they will not download. I have been trying to call Sea Life for seven days for assistance. I am on hold for at least 15 minutes each time before a recording comes on and tells me to try my call later. Why offer the option to pre purchase products that they cannot deliver on site as advertised and allow you to leave empty handed. I paid in advance for nothing.

There might be something wrong with the air conditioning, it was too warm and humid inside… we had to cut out visit short because our baby got tired of the heat

I usually don't leave a review but I will this time the sealife was not what I expected first its located in a mall it was 57 doll for two adults which was definitely over priced in 30 min we were done there were several tanks of fish which were clean and nice but small its nothing like an aquarium as I have been to in past it was definitely over charged 10 to 15 dollars a person would of been acceptable.

My expectations going to this aquarium was zero, due to some reviews I read. I was however shocked at how educational packed it was. My family loved every bit of it. I was especially excited to see and learn about lots of sea creatures that I didn't know existed. It is just a good size too. It takes about 90 mins to go around the aquarium. That's not bad for the kiddos.

Very nice fish. I like fish. I like to look at fish friends. I like to touch the anemones and the star fish. I like to see the pufferfish and rays and turtles. Helpful staff. I like fish a lot. Wow. Fish.
