We wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude (all the way from Texas) for the exceptional care and support Cato provided to both us and our child during our visit today. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism made a lasting impression on us. As parents of a child with special needs, it means the world to encounter someone who not only understands the importance of compassion and adaptability but also demonstrates it so naturally and consistently. She created an environment where our child felt seen, safe, and supported—and for that, we will always be grateful. It is rare to come across someone who brings such genuine warmth and dedication to their role. Her actions went above and beyond what was expected, and she did not go unnoticed. She turned what could have been a challenging situation into one that was positive and reassuring—for both all us. This afternoon (June 21, 2025), Cato was conducting a demonstration about turtle shells when she noticed our daughter was inconsolable. In an attempt to console our daughter, she offered to let her hold a turtle plush toy. Our daughter was extremely over stimulated during the visit so we decided to leave. Before leaving, Cato caught up to us and delivered a new plush toy to our baby! Cato, thank you again for your incredible support. Took my son for the first time. Its really nice and has a upstairs also. My son really liked it. They have a gift shop at the end.

Fun but overpriced. You would think they would space you out a little more, but it was so crowded it was hard to relax and enjoy. Cool once, probably won't go again. The MN zoo is easier to get around, and cheaper!
