It's not the biggest aquarium, but they have lots of cool things and it's much more "kid friendly" compared to the other 3 we've been to in my opinion. Lots of things were toddler size and there were cool dome things for my daughter to get a better look. It's the first one she was genuinely excited for!

Sea life aquarium is always so nice to go to. Staff across the board is friendly, and informative, and not just about the animals, but about things like their annual passes. One day a woman just said your here so often did you know that one annual pass price in just 2 visits makes it worth your money, and then the whole place is geared to smaller children so some crawl spaces to get to the tanks, everything on a lower level so you don't have to lift children up to see, coloring room, and interactive digital coloring so you can name, and race your fish against each other, and little learning incentives for littles to make them pay more attention to facts on the animals, birthday parties can be done there, field trips, photo shoots in either the mermaid theme 🧜♀️, or shark 🦈 , the whole aquarium tries to send proceeds toward ocean conservation, and houses some animals that could no longer live in the wild such as neptune who's swimming equilibrium is off due to I believe a boating accident. Over all a very nice experience, and the tickets have well made their money back on days with alot of thunder and lighting, or when it's so hot, and we need to change things up from the splash pad, or split the day to keep the kids off the TV and tablets.

Person that was working the front entrance/ ticket purchase area was very rude and inconsiderate. The staff at the starfish touching station also inconsiderate and uncompassionate with special needs children. They establishment itself is neat, my children enjoyed it.

Overhyped barely any stores. Atleast there is a rainforest cafe, haven’t seen that in a while.

Loved going to this place with my family. We bought tickets the day before, and you can't take food or drink in the aquarium, but it is inside the mall, so you can go eat at the nearby food court. They also have VR section, but that is an additional thing to pay for when you buy your tickets. You do have the option to print the tickets out, or just show them on your phone.

This is a nice aquarium. Beautiful layout of the aquatic life. They have a touch n feel tank, it seemed very popular. Not a long excursion through. Had benches for people who needed to sit intermittently. The gift shop is your regular over priced items and the picture package is annoying. Basically priced to force you to purchase the TOP package. Maybe I have minused off 1 star for that 🤔
