I bought their add-ons and so we went to the aquarium. I have literally been standing in this virtual reality line for over a half hour. I have gone to get services now three times twice of which they said they would call somebody to come work the virtual reality but still nothing And when I pay $82 for t two of us me and my five year-old son I expect to be treated a little better than this. The aquarium itself was super fun. I literally see no staff around here anywhere one person working at guest services. He’s the one that said he’ll call somebody to come and work virtual reality but still nobody. They close soon at eight 730. I’ve literally been standing here over a half hour.

I went with my 2 adult kids and 2 preteen kids. We enjoyed all of the habitats and there were several hands on activities along the way. It's not a very big aquarium but if you take your time and really check out all the animals it can take about an hour to go through it all. In my opinion, I feel that the cost of admission is a bit higher than what it's worth when comparing other aquariums like Ripley's in Gatlinburg and the one at Newport on the Levee. Overall it was something fun to do on a rainy day.

Super fun and immersive experience with lots of cool animals to see and learn about. One of my favorite parts is definitely the displays they have where you can learn more about which fish you're seeing. My only reason for 4/5 stars is because i think its a little expensive for how small the aquarium is. Besides that its great and definitely worth going!

Another overhyped over priced attraction by a corporate giant. Merlin Entertainments is a global company that owns and operates theme parks, aquariums, and other attractions, including LEGOLAND Parks, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, and Alton Towers. It is the second-largest visitor attraction operator in the world, behind Disney, with over 130 attractions in more than 25 countries. The company also partners with various brands to create immersive experiences, such as Peppa Pig, DreamWorks, and Ferrari.

This aquarium is very nice and we enjoyed visiting it. I like that it was not huge and good for smaller kids. It was fully indoors so we didn't have to worry about heat outside.
