Where to start. The online ticket didn't scan so I had to try to find the order number. The girl didn't even know how many people were on the order It went pretty well after that however a majority of the stuff were slightly off. The appointment times you pick to view the mermaids mean nothing. We waited in line on the left for about 20 minutes and people we're passing us on the right saying they weren't there to view the mermaid however they walked right past the mermaid then stopped and looked at the show. Why did we even purchase tickets and pick a time slot. We paid top dollar for the tickets. The viewing of the animals were enjoyable with a clean environment. I don't think I'll be returning just due to the craziness and unorganization of the visit

So so pretty!! It's inside a mall right by the Lego store, and it looks small from outside hut inside is so big! They make really good use of the space and the animals are all well cared for and well loved. Great variety, and there was one of those fish tunnels too!!

This was not a good experience. Pros .There was some rehabilitation/conservation info that was interesting . There was a bit of a variety of fish to look at Cons .Tight corridors . All the fish looked stressed . No A/C . Way too expensive for what we got (two adult tickets=$51?!?!) . Way too short of an experience (15 minute total and felt rushed) . No moments to relax and sit Don't go if you don't want to deal with loud children. Wouldn't recommend.

It is awesome, spend some time reading info and looking at each creature in each tank. Takes a bit of time. My opinion the cost of admission is worth it. 1st time I ever actually seen live seahorses. My oldest niece was like a kid in candy store. She loved everything. She got an idea for her living room, wrap around the walls aquarium.
