Visited this venue on 09/05/25 at 12:30 Three adults cost $81 Lights in half of the tanks were out. This significantly affected the biggest tank with the sharks and turtle. You couldn’t really see much at all. The AC was out, which made this uncomfortable and humid. I spoke to 2 employees, and they confirmed the AC was broken, but then lied and said the lights were out for “ambience” We come here all the time, and have since it opened. The lights have ALWAYS been on. Either she lied or the teenagers they hire to run this facility have no clue what they’re talking about. Disappointing experience, bad customer service They should have been transparent about lights out and no AC BEFORE tickets are purchased Stop hiring kids Fix the lights Fix your AC Not being upfront with customers shows lack of integrity

Decent. It's jammed in a mall, so it's a little cramped. It was a $10 add on with lego discovery, so at least it was cheap.

Sea Life is a wonderful place! We purchased a ticket package so we can visit anytime. I love visiting Sea Life. Seeing Seymour, the turtle is always on my list. I really like seeing all the sea life on display. I'll be back again and again!

Second time to go on the behind the scenes tour. It was fun and informative. Family enjoyed seeing the animals up close. Would go again.

Workers that are very dedicated and very helpful when it comes to explaining any question we had. It's an awesome place and well worth the money for the tour through the aquarium

This was my first time visiting SEA LIFE Aquarium, and it was such a nice experience. My nephew really enjoyed it, and I loved that they offered a touch pool where you could feel sea urchins, stingrays, and starfish. It's definitely a fun place for kids. I recommend adults buy tickets online the day before because it's cheaper instead of buying tickets the day of or buying in person.
