Customer service is non existent. I made a mistake and chose the wrong date for my tickets. I called the number I was given over 10 times and no one answered. I sent emails and no one responds. So double, triple, quadruple check that everything is correct before you checkout because there is no one to help you if you make a mistake.

It was beautiful interactive and worth the time to go through, including the water. Walk through where your in a tunnel around wator a beautiful and scary. I have to say my favorite part was the turtles. I'm not gonna tell you what had happened. You gotta go do it yourself. I did find out that normally in the beginning of summer. They have mermaids that come out so if you wanna go see mermaids. That's a place you can see it the beginning of the summer

I joined a group of friends from church and we had a wonderful time. Lots of laughs and photos were taken. Next experience will be with our grandchildren.

We took the behind the scenes tour and had a blast! It was super cool to see how they operate and be able to ask questions right from the staff that feeds the animals/fish. The price was on point for the experience too. We will return for sure!

We love this aquarium! We've been here about 4 times, most recently at the request of my 8 year old for her birthday. We love all of the creatures, but the sharks, turtles, stingrays, and of course NUGGET are our favorites! We really like the area where you can touch the starfish and anemone, and the jellyfish with the color changing light is another super fun thing for the kiddos. The gift shop also has lots of cool stuff. We love it here! 🐠🪸
