The entire exhibit is a ten-minute experience. You’re paying tourist trap prices for a hole in the wall at a rundown mall. Do with that what you will.

Staff were lovely though the rest of the experience was cramped and rushed. Felt like it was on rails. A bit short. Got lost at ikea and had a better time

I want to extend a special Thank you to Raksha and Liz; they were great to me when I had an incident with the ring that has a sentimental value for me. I happened not to realize that the ring fell down from my bag pocket, and when I wanted to wear it, I realized that it was not in there anymore. I ran to the "Lost and Found" and they put me in contact with Raksha, the manager, who talked to me to help me calm down and assured me that she personally and her crew would look for it with flash lights. Guess what?! They found it and it was through Raksha's perseverance and patience in helping me to find a small piece of jewelry. Liz, the protographer, happened to have it ready at the photographer desk and when she saw me picking it up, she greeted me with a: "I remember about you"! and a smile since my daughter and I had taken the pictutes at her booth. Raksha was very considerate with my sadness (yes, I was crying...), and she lastly gave me a very friendly advice to be more careful next time, so I'd not have to go through some kind of stress again with any belonging :S Thanks to the crew there as well, that helped Raksha to find the ring for me! I really appreciate all what all of them did for me. It's very nice to know that they are there for us, the customers and are willing to help when needed :)

For it being in a mall its oretty decent size. They have an area you can feel starfish and other creatures which is pretty cool. Then you can go around seeing all the different sea life exhibits they have which includes a nursery. My favorite was finding the ginormous eel that likes to hide. I absolutely recommend going its great for everyone but especially children.
