It was super cool to go there and see all of the sea animals and the staff were very friendly and welcoming!

Very fun place to take the family. They had a lot of different species of sea animals there. My son liked the hands on portion. Youre able to touch some cool sea life. The facility was well kept and no bad odors.

My husband and I took a PTO day to bring our daughter for the first time. Looked into the hours specifically to ensure we would have a good window of time to zip through in regards to our baby’s sleep schedule. Walked in at 4:04 and were told that they are closed. We let them know we had taken the time off and driven nearly two hours, had our daughter dressed in her fish pajamas and they couldn’t even give us an “I’m sorry.” Terrible customer service, didn’t bother to let us know their hours/guidelines/etc. pretty much just a “damn, that sucks to be you” response. Surely won’t waste my PTO, gas, money, energy etc. on a place that doesn’t seem to care about their customers enough to even say sorry for the misunderstanding. Four hour round trip for NOTHING. I’ve worked in customer service my whole life and would die of embarrassment to treat someone that way or represent my workplace in such a manner.

My daughter & I enjoyed this place thoroughly, we spent an hour & a half here reading & truly looking at the creatures. There’s a quite a few interactive displays, lots of different sea creatures. If you rush, the money won’t feel worth it. I still found it rather pricey, but you can’t place a price on memories.
