I love aquariums! I had a delay at MSP so I hopped on the light transit and made it to the Mall of American within 10-15 minutes. And I made it back in time for my flight after going through security room 20-25 minutes. It was worth it.

This should on the main page: whatever time it says it closes you have to be there an hour earlier to actually get in. Other than that don't expect the Georgia aquarium but my son enjoys looking the fish and running around. There's a kids area at the end with crafts also.

Went on a Monday after major holiday so managed to catch the aquarium in its best state. My first impression is amazing! Clean facilities. Tanks are massive for a mall attraction. Variety of specimens was wonderful. Some people say that it was small and maybe it was but the layout of the space was so clever that we were still walking around after an hour. Would definitely go again. Bathrooms available in the space so its nice and quiet, gift shop at the end is typical toys, jewelry, snacks. Staff were available if you had questions but weren't in your face which allowed us to take our time and not feel pressured to move along.

Wonderful aquarium and did well with the space they have. The thin walkway makes it difficult to pass people who are just standing. The first part of the rainforest is very bare and feels like they could have done better. Otherwise a wonderful aquarium and a nice addition to any trip. They have plenty of sharks and other large colorful fish that anyone who likes fish could spend hours seeing all the different varieties.

Worth the money. The tunnel under the water makes this experience worth it in and of itself. Short walk through.
