It was interesting, educational and fun. We saw so many types of fish. It is beautiful and perfect for a day break from the big parks. It is great for family retreats, dates, friends who want to do something new. The way it is organized and artistic is amazing. We took our time and was there near closing so there was plenty of room. There are some things you can do in a scooter or wheelchair unless you had the proper assistance like you face going inside a bubble like form which is mostly for kids but my two able bodied friends did it and there is a mat for us older guests. You have to check out the jelly fish nursery! They are so cute. You can touch some of the fish too but wash hands and follow directions but would be perfect for someone who is blind. I don't know if they have staff who speak ASL but they have monitors you can read about all of the fish.

Fun, affordable and in a great location for dinner afterwards. Beware if you have motion sickness, the underwater tunnel feature is awesome but I had trouble looking at things in there and was extremely nauseous, it was brutal. I'd recommend dramamine or something beforehand so you can spot all the zipper little turtles in there.

The aquarium was nice, but this review is for Sea Life‘s gift shop. We purchased several items from the gift shop where I paid using the contactless charge card reader. After I walked out, I received a notification of a charge from sea life, which I never authorized. When I went to ask about it, I was told that they rounded up for a charity. Whenever I am asked to round up, I am told about it before it is rung up, not added on afterwards. And in any case they added additional funds, besides rounding up. Out of principal, I went back in to ask them to remove it and it took at least 10 minutes and they struggled and could not find it in their system. There was no way to remove it because it didn’t show up on their computer which is unethical and probably illegal. Today I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and they had reduced it to the amount rounding up however, I still am angry that I was not consulted, but was pretty much blamed that it was my fault for not declining the charge where I was never notified in the first place. Additionally, near the beginning of the aquarium tour, we were told that there were turtles we could touch. We went through the entire aquarium, but they were not there.

Walked in, went through one short tunnel, came out the other side. Entire experience lasted maybe 25 minutes tops. Extremely few sea creatures on display — a couple of small tanks and that’s basically it. Nothing impressive, no wow factor at all. Way too expensive for such a tiny, underwhelming visit. Complete waste of time and money. Skip this place.

Easy access from the main mall escalator. Beware, you wont get a free pic of the sting rays. There will be a person at the bottom of the escalator ready to take your ticket. A quick getaway escalator is directly to the right.

I loved it! Cool exhibits and much larger than it looks from the outside! The sea turtle hospital has a sea turtle currently being cared for. I got to touch a starfish!
