Aquarium was fun and clean. A good amount of people but the way its played out, wasn't really an issue. Staff was super friendly. Had a stroller and it got tight in some spots but, nic3 experience overall.

Beautiful setting. There's a tunnel to walk through where you can see the fish and sharks from all angles. A great selection. Not really designed for lingering to long, but the time there you'll see plenty.

Not worth the money, it cost 115 dollars for 2 adults and 4 kids, each ticket was 16.99 only if u buy ahead of time, if u buy the day of its 18.99 each. The whole experience was very nice but only lasted about 45 minutes to an hour depending on how fast you walk and how long you stop at each exhibit. Kind of a 1 time thing also nothing new to check out if u ever wanna come back. Sting ray exhibit was really cool.

Definitely not worth the price! Save your money, there are definitely better aquariums with in and out privileges. They advertise it as a 90minute tour, but we were out within 30 minutes and that’s us staying for quite a few minutes at each tank. Went on a Sunday around 2pm, our family of 3 was yelled at by the girl managing the queues to the lift (TWICE), because we apparently didn’t get in the back of a very very long NON-EXISTENT line. At the check in downstairs, we were offered bags of candy - really not sure why anybody thought that was a good idea. About the aquarium itself, my son and I kind of had high expectations when we looked at the map of the aquarium online the evening before. However, when we got inside, it felt very small and crowded - I guess I should have known better about an aquarium inside a mall. The only nice thing was the sharks and ray tank, which had a very very small gallery where people could sit and watch the animals (black tip reef shark, guitar shark, and nurse shark) go by - also did not see a sign to explain what animals were in this particular tank. This was definitely not worth the money, and we will not be returning again.

The sea life here is gorgeous, and the underwater tunnel is an incredible, must-see experience. However, at $27 per person, the visit feels a bit too short for the price. I was also disappointed by the service; as a teacher, I tried to inquire about the discount I saw online, but the staff member was dismissive and unhelpful. Beautiful animals, but the high cost and poor customer service at the start made it hard to fully enjoy the value.

Muy lindo todo.

The aquarium was perfect! It takes about an hour to walk through but definitely take your time. At the end, you end up at a small jungle gym for the kids so be aware.
