Drove 2.5 hours with a 1.5 year old to go here. Because of wonderful Auburn Hills traffic we arrived at 4:18 our time was 4:00 we literally just wanted to walk through quick because toddlers have no attention span. The blonde lady at the door told us best she could do was to reschedule a time for us for a later date. We told her that wouldn’t work we are not from around here. My husband asked for a refund and she said that that’s “highly frowned upon” that they have a 15 minute grace period and there are no exceptions. She then told me “it’s not fair for us to stay late because you missed your time” I worked retail, I understand this; I also understand there are exceptions. So I guess 1 star that they don’t ever make there employees stay even a minute late even though they wouldn’t have had too because I don’t know that it would take an entire hour to walk through there.

We liked Sea Life it is well done but we expected to see dolphins and other large animals.

I loved it and the Animal Crossing collab was super cute. For the price it felt totally worth it and everything was clean and the animals looked really well cared for.

This was amazing place foing again soon loved it so much had so much fun highly recommended going here. Fun level was up there for best things to do inside.
