We came here for a date and I had such a great time. The fish were so cool.

This is the worst aquarium I’ve ever visited. It’s very small and poorly lit. If five people are standing in front of a tank, it already feels crowded and difficult to move around. The variety of fish is slightly less than what you would find in a good pet store. I paid over $150 for two adults and two children and like 30 minutes max experience. In my opinion, that price does not reflect the overall experience. A more reasonable price for what you actually get would be around $50 for a family. Also, be careful when purchasing add-ons like the “behind the scenes” experiences. They are scheduled at specific times, and some are offered only once or twice a day. I will not be returning to this aquarium.

I recently visited SEA LIFE and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The aquarium was clean, well organized, and full of incredible sea animals. My favorite part was walking through the ocean tunnel and seeing sharks and colorful fish swimming all around me — it was such an exciting and immersive experience. At the main desk, this guy named Simon or someone helped me buy my ticket, and he was extremely friendly and professional. He made the process quick and easy, explained everything clearly, and made me feel welcomed right away. He had a positive attitude and great customer service skills. All of the workers treated me very well. Everyone was polite, respectful, and helpful throughout my visit. You can really tell the staff care about their guests and want everyone to have a great time. Overall, it was a fun and memorable visit, and I would definitely recommend SEA LIFE to anyone looking for a great and enjoyable experience!

They allow 130 ticket holders entry every 30 minutes. I imagine it was close to that today (Saturday.) With that amount of people it’s impossible to enjoy. It’s a complete crap show.

Seriously not worth it these days. $29/adult and they let in 130 people every 30 minutes. The place is so packed you can hardly move around and you feel pressured to move on so you can't actually enjoy it. It's not the best aquarium in general either. You're better off going to the zoo or a pet store with a large selection of fish.

Smaller than the ones in London but very nice!

Not worth the money, tiny, the fish barely move. Would go back if it was half the price.

Absolute garbage. Horrible customer service. My wife accidentally purchased a ticket for the wrong day. Zero humans to talk to and zero flexibly to modify the reservation. Send an email that needs 36hrs before assistance. If this isn’t resolved they’ll see a credit card dispute and an absolutely irate customer.
