Amazing! The staff were informative and kind. All of our questions were answered and the few technical prolems we had were addressed and resolved with little to no confusion. Everything is very visually interactive with some physical props throughout. Great time!

The Aquarium was very fun and informative. There were lots of fun facts and of course lots and lots of different sea creatures. We would definitely recommend taking your family there.

Do not waste your time or money going to this place. The pictures make this place seem waaaaay bigger than what it is. The timing for tickets is useless because you have a time to get in and you can stay as long as you wanted you could enjoy looking at anything because it was not a great rotation with the time system and PLEASE DO NOT GET THE LEGO WORLD BUNDLE...BECAUSE THAT PLACE IS FULL OF GERMS YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO WALMART BUYING YOUR CHILD A FISH AND SOME LEGOS SAVE YOURSELF THE TRIP

Was a very nice walk through experience! Enjoyed seeing all of the sea animals. Great price (FL residents were given a discount).

Pretty nice aquarium. Would have been nicer without the rude crowds and SCREAMING children.

We loved the sharks and the sea horses and sea turtles. You did a good job of making it so we could see the fish in the glass. :) Rylie, age 8

This is a difficult review to post because we have always enjoyed SeaLife in San Antonio. Unfortunately, our visit yesterday, March 14, 2026, was not as pleasant as our previous visits. An employee by the name of Diana, grabbed my son’s hand ,TWO times, in an aggressive manner because my son touched the souvenirs on display. Keep in mind, I let the employee know we intended on purchasing the item after the first time she grabbed my son’s hand and pushed it away. After the second time that the employee, Diana, grabbed my sons hand and pushed it away, I had to ask her politely to refrain from any physical contact with my son because he is a child and is only 5 years old. I requested to speak to a manger on site and the employee, Diana pointed to the cashier next to us. I voiced my concerns to the person that was allegedly the manager only to find out that she was NOT a manager. I am still in shock that someone, especially an employee of the SeaLife aquarium, would act in such an unacceptable manner. I feel OBLIGATED to leave this review so no other child is treated the way my son was treated yesterday. I would also like to add that I DID purchase the souvenir that my son touched (although that should not matter). I highly recommend a training for the existing employees at the SeaLife aquarium. I hope the Human Resources Team and Management Team, take this matter serious. My son and I visit this aquarium frequently because my son has a deep admiration for all sea creatures. Please take that into consideration. Sealife NEVER kept their end of their agreement. We have emails stating that they would refund us due to the terrible experience we had when visiting their facility. They were very dishonest.

Very solid aquarium for the midwest! Lovedd the seahorses, clownfish, and jellyfish.

Was a waste of time and money. It was so crowded you couldn’t even walk or see anything. At one point there were 19 strollers blocking a whole walkway, it was so hot and stuffy my kids were ready to go, even they were over it. I just think they should monitor the amount of people allowed to walk around at a time. Even if we had to wait the extra 15 minutes at least we would have been able to walk around and see the animals.

Busy even for a weekday, not sure how it would be on a weekend. Be prepared to wait for people to look before you get your turn. If you like taking pictures of family in front of the fish you will have other people in your photos even tho people are respectful of your space.
