Way too expensive for such a small aquarium, overcrowded and extremely hot. Couldn’t wait to get out of it because we were all sweating. At least the staff was friendly

Arrived at 4pm and advised 5pm was the next available time and could start lining up at 4:30pm. Started allowing people in at 4:55pm and waited in line for about 30 minutes before getting to the open area where you can walk around. I would not recommend.

It was an awful experience very hot inside and disorganized. We drove 8 hours to experience this and other activities.sea life Grapevine aquarium NOT WORTH IT! I wish I could get a refund!!!

We love Sea Life Aquarium for a quick and easy day. We bought tickets in advance which was great. There was also a special event for Animal Crossing going on (which is why, we got the tickets), being fans we were excited to see the characters. They only had one character out seeing people, the line to see the character was insanely long with a wait over 2 hrs. That being said we were a little disappointed due to the extreme wait. We overheard employees telling some patrons that the characters visit for 20 minutes then take a 20 minute break, which is perfectly fine but why not have other employees swap out so that the line keeps moving. Overall we love the Sea Life Aquarium and will definitely be back, just a little disappointed in today's handling of the special event.

There was a short lady at the entrance. First time there so we didn't know if they had to scan our tickets. She looked at us as if we offended her and didn't say a thing when I said "good morning". Luckily there's another employee there who told us we had to take the elevator down to get our tickets scanned. Ruined the mood

The aquarium is nice and I like the set up but it is VERY SMALL. You can do it in under an hour. For the price I expected much much more. It is also hot in there. The staff is nice and friendly but I will never spend the money to come here again. It is very overpriced.

Very crowded, not very kid friendly due to the volume of people. There was some event going on and the line was blocking a good bit of the enclosures. I got to peek at seahorses through people.

Overpriced and misleading. Picked this aquarium specifically to see an octopus because my daughter is obsessed with them. There’s a photo of one in a tank on their website under exhibits. There’s an octopus on their map on their website. Turns out the octopus on the map is just a tv with a cartoon that talks about how an octopus can change colors. None to actually see in a tank. Also don’t appreciate having to walk through not one but two gift shops to exit.

We had fun. It was crowded sonic you are a person who not a fan of tight crowed spaces you might want to call and see if there is a less busy time. The staff was super friendly and we did do the tour it was worth the few extra bucks.
