Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. From the very beginning, it started badly, I didn't even get an entrance ticket even though I paid, which is something basic for any normal place. Inside, it was even worse. There was no staff to guide or help, and I felt completely lost and neglected. In the virtual reality section, I waited for about 20 minutes and no one showed up to help, absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore, I was told at the entrance that a free photo was included, but I didn't get that either, so I ended up paying for an experience that wasn't properly provided. What disappointed me the most is that my parents were visiting from Albania and I wanted to show them a beautiful place, but instead we had a very poor and embarrassing experience. This place shows a complete lack of organization and respect for customers. I absolutely do not recommend it to anyone.

Always a wonderful experience every time I come here, the staff never disappoint! The variety of animals to see will have you enthralled for hours, and it's beautiful to learn about the stories behind the rescues of some! Perfect place to bring the entire family for an afternoon full of educational fun!

Worst Aquarium ever. Over priced and way to crowded for the little space the Aquarium has. Waste of money with nothing original in it. Hated it and they closed half the Aquarium and did not offer nothing back for the inconvenience. Andrea was a rude manger. We just needed to know why we can't walk the whole Aquarium when they closed half of it and why it would even be open if the whole thing was not open. Again a waste of money. Do yourself a favor go to Seaworld. Alot better experience and everyone is nice and answers your questions without a attitude.

Recommend buying your tickets online and in advance to save money and get in quickly. Super nice , small aquarium with lots to see and do. We come annually (its what we can afford) and always have a wonderful time. Its kept nice and clean, and you get lots of information about each animal. The workers really do love the animals and take care of them well which is refreshing.

Sea life was really great and fun my girlfriend and I took our daughter there and she was little scared at first but she was liking it and she loved seeing the different jellyfish.

O e of the escalators were out and we happened to have a stroller rented from MOA. I'd say it would be tough pushing anyone in a wheelchair at this location. Everything was amazing! My only complaint would have been the space in aisles. Absolutely amazing place!
