Kids loved it. It was a very nice place to visit. I just think for that price there should have been more. Paid $162 and it took about 25 minutes to walk thru and see the whole place. For that price should have had more to see and do. Overall a great place. Lots of fish and underwater creatures to see. If you have kids that love this type of stuff would recommend bringing them here.

It was well maintained and offered good displays for kids, but it was smaller than I expected.

Extremely disappointed with how they handled a situation. Went there today to go to the aquarium. It gave me the option to purchase aquarium tickets as well as Lego land for a few extra bucks. When we got to Lego land they told us we couldn’t go in because we didn’t have a minor under 13 with us. I was fine with that I was really going for the aquarium but when I asked for a refund I was told I had to repurchase new tickets to get reimbursed the difference. How is that a solution to something that wasn’t disclosed to me prior to purchasing. It states (+13) for the tickets we purchased. Instead of refunding me my money for the Lego land tickets how could you force a customer to purchase new tickets first. What if someone financially can’t afford that. Find better ways to refund customers. Very disappointed.

Obviously, this one is a lot smaller than the other aquarium in the Phoenix area. Most of the things are fairly well maintained, but some of them feel a little bit longer on the tooth. I think it’s just planning at least taking an hour to see the entire aquarium. Ali recommends adding on legal land if you’re planning to visit with kids under 10.

It's small, but consider it's in a mall it was really great. A lot more to it than I expected and the exhibits were all clean and the animals all looked healthy and as happy as they can for behing held captive.

When I visited SEA LIFE Aquarium, the employees were super friendly from the moment I walked in at the main desk and stayed helpful the whole time. They answered my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the experience feel really welcoming. One of the best parts was the ray pool, where I got to see different types of rays up close. The employee explained how rays are flat sea animals that glide smoothly through the water and stay close to the bottom, which made it really interesting to watch them move. Feeding them was fun too because you could only gently toss, drop, or throw the shrimp into the water, and they would quickly glide over to grab it. I also liked the touch pool, where I could gently feel different sea animals, which made the visit more hands-on and exciting. Overall, the friendly staff, the ray feeding experience, and the touch pool all together made the trip really fun, educational, and memorable.
