This was the absolute worst experience in my life. Me and my mother went specifically for the Animal Crossing New Horizons event. In the pictures, they make it look as if everything is themed around ACNH. When we arrived, there was a single shelf in the gift-shop with Animal Crossing merch while the pictures made it seem like the entire gift-shop was themed. Okay, I can get over that. When we got into the check-in line is a whole different story. As soon as we walked in, we could see at least five different schools crowded about, with pre-schoolers screaming and yelling the entire time. We got checked in quickly to try and avoid the school groups, but when we walked into the experience, we couldn't even take a single step. Elbow to elbow. There were, toddlers, children, parents, AND teachers packed in tiny, secluded hallways that could barely even fit 2 family groups comfortably. It was like this the entire time. As we walked through, all we could hear were children screaming and piercing your ear-drums. Oh, and the Animal Crossing theme? Maybe four card-board cut-outs, music (im literallybit even sure, I could not hear over the crowd.), and five signs on the wall. Yeah, that's really a great experience. Seriously, even if it weren't packed up like sardines with 16 bus-loads of children (yeah, we counted the busses when we left by the way.) It would have been a horrible experience either way; and this 'great aquarium' was probably six minutes long if it were a normal crowd size. I wouldn't come back here even if you paid me. Oh, and it was all NORMAL fish with a few stingrays. There wasnt anything exotic, it was fish. We paid $40 to see two common sea creatures and a few cardboard cutouts while we were almost killed from suffocation. I mean good Lord. You're a business. Get some crowd control or something and dont overbook, which is clearly what they did. Let one school in at a time and a few customers or make a specific field-trip exclusive day. Don't just shove every single person you can in there until children are literally knocking each other over and the teachers are screaming to get their attention. If I could, I would rate this in the negatives. My mother and I couldn't even speak to each other because of the noise level. As soon as we got in, we gave up and just clinged to each other like children until we got to the end. We literally had to hold each other's hands to stay together and not get separated (which by the way, it happened anyway. People would physically push between you to get one step ahead.). Please, for the love of all that is holy, don't waste your money and stay home. You could have more fun watching the discovery channel. Do not buy tickets in advance for this place in general. Wait until you get there, because it seems that every day is a potential field trip attraction.

My family and I live in FL so we do visit often and have a blast each time we go. Todays visit was just the same even better the water was refreshing. The only negative thing I have to comment on is the fish tanks, they are in need of a good cleaning we could barley see the fish this time. Over all had a great day.

I have heard so many great things about this place and while my family and I have visited Florida we decided to go. For 1 parking is free from floor 4 and up. Which is amazing. Getting to the aquarium from the parking garage took less than 8 minutes. At the desk the guy working was very sweet. We spent roughly 3 hours here without even knowing because of how immersive and informative the experience was. You can pay a little extra for other things like being able feed at the one tank or yours and stuff like that. The staff at each checkpoint were friendly and so happy to answer questions about the ocean friends. Everything about the adventure was wonderful. We went during their animal crossing exhibit which was really cool and fun as well. Overall, it was cheaper than sea world, and with it being indoors you can really take your time. And you can actually enjoy yourself. The gift shop is also adorable. 300000 out of 10 recommend stopping here for a visit.

My wife and I came to today to see the aquarium and absolutely loved it despite having the elevator scare before entering the aquarium.

I visited the Aquarium with my five-month-old and found the experience pleasant and with the addition of Animal Crossing was nice, though the venue was smaller than anticipated with limited exhibits. I highly recommend purchasing tickets online at least one day in advance; Florida residents can save $10 by avoiding the higher gate prices.
