Our snowmobile experience...
Our snowmobile experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. We had originally booked two single-rider packages, but my partner's helmet caused their glasses to fog up, making it impossible to see the road ahead. The guide wasn’t able to provide any effective assistance, so we had no choice but to share one snowmobile. My partner was really disappointed to miss out on the solo riding experience. When we tried to adjust the booking to a Ski Doo snowmobile package, the owner’s attitude was rather dismissive and unhelpful. They kept making excuses, which added unnecessary frustration to an already disappointing situation. Although the issue was eventually resolved, it left us feeling frustrated and dampened the overall experience.

Winter wonderland
You must do dog sledding, it's something you cannot miss! I enjoy every minute of it. Had only seen it in movies never in my life I thought I would live it in real life. Luther was our guide and he was awesome, we enjoyed hearing how the dogs are taken care of and trained. The doggies were all friendly so very cute.

Disengaged Guide Ruined a Promising Experience
We were excited about the dog sledding experience but left feeling very disappointed. Our guide, Timmy, seemed completely uninterested, he didn’t introduce the dogs, barely spoke unless asked, and even ignored some of my partner’s questions, which was awkward. The photo time was poorly managed. While the groups ahead of us had plenty of time for photos, we barely got a chance. As soon as we took a few pictures, Timmy told us to stop and get back on the sled, even though we then sat around waiting for several minutes while the other groups finished. Seeing other guides enthusiastically engaging with their groups made the contrast even worse. Timmy’s lack of effort left us feeling undervalued, and for the price, this was far from the memorable experience we hoped for. I hope the organizers improve training to ensure guests feel welcomed and enjoy their time.

Highly recommend this …Laura and her dogs are the BEST!!!
This amazing 30 minute excursion is a must! I would highly recommend Laura and her Alaskan huskies! Laura is friendly, knowledgeable and most of all LOVES her dogs. The views were breathtaking and 30 minutes is the perfect amount of time to experience this.

Snowmobiling - Fun and Safe
The snowmobile riding was a blast. Victoria was our guide. She was excellent at explaining how to safely operate and drive the snowmobile. She was patient when some of us needed extra help. She was thoughtful to make stops to check on us and give us a chance to take photos. She took photos of us, too! Victoria is friendly and outgoing!

Fun, cool and exciting experience….
It was our first dog sledding experience and we had great fun with our guides - Lindsay and Laura. They were super friendly and knowledgeable and shared their experiences with us. The dogs were well trained and so adorable, leaning on us and licking us. Great activity for our whole family!
