We left late and had to come back early to accommodate a party of 4 that was late and a couple had to be back early for the 3:30 ferry. This tour should be at 12:30 not 12:45 nowing the ferry leaves at 3:30. Our trip should not be shortened to 2 h to accommodate other participants. The staff allowed 2 women to bring hot fish and chips on board and eat it sitting separately and spilling the food on other guests. It was so rude. Even worse the two friends did not sit together and forced couples to sit apart since the cruise was fully booked. We should have had 3 guides, more than 9 people in a group have difficulty hearing the guide. Disabled, elderly individuals may need additional assistance to participate.

I was booked from Te Anau on a Real NZ coach - the bus was 40 mins late arriving at Te Anau so we couldn’t do most of the scheduled stops en route. All the window seats were taken at that stage . I was pleased I hadn’t booked lunch as it meant that I got 30 mins of peaceful time on deck to look at the amazing scenery but after that the deck was mobbed by loud , posing people who ruined the beautiful atmosphere. I bought a lovely sandwich on board and retreated to the inside seats where the view was surprisingly good. Ulla the coach driver did an amazing job .

Coach driver on bus 303 was supreme On his driving and his updating his passengers knowledge and understanding of the area including the historical as well. A wet day on the boats to enable the best put wipers on side windows 👍

Started off with a boat cruise to the cave, which was very nice. Glow worms were really great and our guide gave us lots of interesting information. Worth a visit.
