I had the pleasure of joining one of the real city tours today that was lead by Deo. I can't begin to explain how much of an amazing experience this was. Deo gave us an insight into the history of Colombia, as well as am insight into where Colombia is now. The tour consisted of roughly 3hrs of walking and sitting. This allowed us all to have an opportunity to absorb the beauty and reality of Colombia. I would 100% recommend anyone to take this tour and really gain an insight into what it is to Colombian.

The walking tour with Hernan was excellent. He made learning about Medellin and how it fits in Colombia was so interesting and easy to follow and retain. He was exceptionally attentive to each member of the tour to the point of knowing all our names before we left the meeting point. Amazing talent. Although we walked through some of the "5 level Papaya" areas, we felt very safe as he prepared us with the reasons the area was considered a bit unsafe. My wife and I were the oldest by far in the group, but were easily able to keep up with the pace. A great afternoon exploring this area of Medellin. Highly recommend.
