Hernan is a fabulous teacher. He connected with everyone right away by memorizing all of our 20+ names. His delivery is animated and he is a wealth of interesting information about Medellin—not just history but also the culture and the differences between people and between neighborhoods. He also did an amazing job of keeping us together and safe as our large group weaved through crowds and across streets. We will definitely promote this tour to anyone we know who may be coming here for a visit.
