This was probably the best free walking tour I ever had. Dio was very knowledgeable and explained the history of Medellin in a very unique, serious, but at the same time funny way. Not pushy at all when it came to tips. Can highly recommend it!!

I'm always a bit reluctant to do walking tours when I visit new cites/places, but the Free Walking Tour in Medellin was highly recommended by a lot of people before I arrived in Medellin. After doing the tour, I can see why. Dio - the tour guide - was amazing! Really engaging, funny, informative and gave clear and extremely interesting insights into Meddellin/Paisa culture and History. Dio's story telling was also excellent! It was refreshing to have a guide that was really passionate about thier culture, history and city. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone who visits Medellin. It was one of the highlights!
