It is a wonderful tour...
It is a wonderful tour and it is all of eight hours. Be prepared to walk but that’s not a problem if the weather is great as it is in February. Our guide, Sophia, was amazing!

Memorable experience
I booked a last minute Food tour with the company and met some of the energetic, easy going bunch of people I've met during my solo trip here in Medellin. The tour guide, Toto was energetic, passionate and proud of the city he grew up in and you can see it in the way he explains what and how the food was made and it's significance to the people of Medellin. Ended the tour/night with laughter; definitely a tour to remember ☺️ Thanks Toto!

One of the best free walking tours I did
The old city tour with Dio was really interesting. He is absolutely talented in giving a good impression of the city’s history in a very authentic way. We learned a lot about the city’s diverse past, about some real bad times and how the transition to a better future is taking place.

Julio was a great guide, very knowledgeable and very friendly. He taught us a lot about the history of Cartagena and answered all of the questions we had for him. I highly recommend this tour and especially with Julio.

The best walking tour of Downtown Medellin!!
We did the downtown tour with Dio at Real City Tours. He was excellent!! He was passionate at telling us the real history of Medellin in a way that made you want to listen. We learned so much!! My only regret is that we did not do this tour on our first day in Medellin. So if you're looking for a good tour about Medellin, do the downtown walking tour with Dio. He was perfect! You won't regret it.

A different perspective regarding Pablo Escobar
Julio did an excellent job at conveying clearly, concisely and professionally, very important information regarding the effects Escobar had on society, to which I was unaware. I would most highly recommend his tour.

Great city walking tour with Dio
We recently joined the city free walking tour with Dio. Dio was a fantastic guide and was so passionate about the city of Medellin. He laid out the timeline of the city in to 4 sections which helped with following the turbulent history of the city. He gave a good level of detail on the different places we visited and was open to all questions. He also gave out some great general recommendations for food etc in Medellin at the end of the tour. I would recommend this tour as a great first day activity.

If you’re tired of food tours that leave you hungry, look no further. Before the end we were begging Toto to stop feeding us, but the food just kept coming. The portions were so generous and the variety of local fruits and dishes was endless and delicious. Toto himself is a gem—high energy and great vibes. He makes the tour feel like a stroll with a friend rather than a rigid itinerary. There wasn't a lot of heavy walking, which made for a very laid-back, indulgent afternoon. I cannot recommend this tour—or Toto—highly enough. Come hungry!

Great overview of Medellin
We did the tour on our first day in Medellin. It gave us a great introduction to the city and we learned a lot about the history and hopeful transition of the city. German made the tour interesting and entertaining - the time flew by!

Crazy Chaotic Centro
Germán was an entertaining tour guide giving us a thorough walk through the history of Medellín. The tour itself in not one I would do again. If found the Centro noisy, dirty and of course, a little hazardous. If you one is interested in exploring Medellín's Centro, I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Germán.

I normally don't write reviews, but this time I have to! This was my 2nd tour with real city tours and both were amazing! It's such a good experience! We learned a lot on this tour, how everything works, the experience of our guild, the pain and the real side of the story, not what netflix tells you. 12 out of 10 stars at least! Thank you so much for this geat tour!

Carolina was an incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and fun tour guide. She knew all the best spots, the history of each place, and even gave us a moment to dance with the locals. I know so much more about Colombian history, culture and resilience, and I'm very grateful to have had Carolina as a tour guide.
