We had an EXCELLENT experience with Radventures!! Very easy to book, communicate with, and find on the day of. The bikes were so easy to use- I don’t think we will ever read a normal, non-e-bike ever again! Our guide was Taylor and he was so personable, easy-going, and very knowledgeable about Banff. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend!

Like you would expect in Banff National Park, the views were incredible no matter where we were at during the trip. Our guide, Ollie, was a great guide. He connected with my family and I, was very knowledgeable about many different aspects of the trip, and took great care of us. Zero complaints about the tour or the guide!

Unbelievable views - the lake color is unreal! Totally worth the 3:50am pickup! Our guide Clem was amazing - so friendly and informative and even lent me her spare jacket when I got soaked in the rain and was freezing! She took excellent care of us. You will not regret this once in a lifetime experience!

As our guide through Alberta’s breathtaking Banff National Park, Daniel went above and beyond to ensure our experience was not only smooth and fun but also deeply memorable. Enjoyed Morraine Lake Sunrise tour with our excellent guide, Charlie, who was very informative and went out of his way to make the entire party feel welcome. Moraine Lake and Lake Louise were great, and the light cloud added to the atmosphere. The early start was well worth it to beat the crowds! Charlie gave us excellent recommendations for views and wildlife spotting close to Banff , which we made the most of later in the day.

My family from Virginia did the sunrise tour to Lake Moraine and Louise. I highly recommend this company. They had everything covered to include (water, coffee and hot chocolate). Dan was an amazing tour guide who was very knowledgeable about the tour and the history of the area. Dan was very attentive to everyone’s needs. He also provided some suggestions for other tours that they offer and some dinning spots to check out in the area. The scenery was breathtaking and we even got to see a bear during our travels! Thank you Dan for making getting up at 3:30am worth it!

Overall great experience. Our guide, Ollie, was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and was very fun to be around for the day! Of course the views around Banff National Park are incredible, but Ollie just added to the experience in so many ways. 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing Sunset tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise
A truly extraordinary experience, indeed. To be able to visit Moraine Lake, where we were literally the only people around and no jostling, no crowds. To see the 10 peaks in full was amazing. We were there in 5th June and Moraine Lake was not full. We could walk along the Lake shore, which was fascinating. The next stop, Lake Louise, had some tourists but not a crowd and we could enjoy the Lake and the mountains in all its glory. The drive back was on the Bow Valley Parkway where we spotted a couple of Elks .... And to top it all we had some of the best sandwiches (we had booked the premier service) ....

Once in a lifetime 360 view
Dan was an amazing tour guide, from pick up to drop off he was very knowledgeable and very attentive to everyone’s needs. The views were breathtaking and the hike was very picturesque! Our family from Virginia really enjoyed ourselves and if we ever get back to Canada again, we will be looking Dan up for another tour! Thanks for the memories!

Clem took us on The Highlights and Wildlife tour this evening in Banff. What a fun and informative tour it is! Clem is knowledgeable and so friendly. We felt very lucky to have seen an elk right by the roadside and a pair of black bears out in a big open field. We also stopped to see beautiful lakes and waterfall. Thank you Clem!

I would recommend this tour company AND this guide! He was also a great photographer for our group and knew all the best, less populated, yet brilliant spots.

Dan was the man! I had an absolute blast on the e-bikes and he had some great facts and history on Banff. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun way to get your bearings. Great views despite smoke that blew in from some far away wildfires.
