We did the Sunrise tour this morning, with Charlie as our tour guide. The tour was exceptional, and so was Charlie! We saw some of the most incredible views and were provided with warm drinks, blankets and a wonderful history of the beautiful town of Banff and surrounding Lakes. I 100% recommend this tour, you will not regret it. We will miss our new friend Charlie, he was simply the best!

Dan was the highlight of our 9-hour Icefields Parkway tour. I wasn’t sure how it would feel spending that long with a guide, but he made the day so easy, fun, and honestly unforgettable. He learned all our names right away and made everyone feel included, from the adults to the two little girls in our group (who he was especially amazing with). He taught them a little dance, made them laugh, and just had this really kind, playful energy that made the day feel special. He shared tons of great stories, was super knowledgeable, and even when he didn’t know the answer to a question (which only happened once), he went out and found it minutes later. He also helped take great photos throughout the day, which we really appreciated. What was most impressive was that his energy and kindness never faded. He was just as warm and enthusiastic at the end of the 9+ hour day as he was at the beginning. By the end of the day, it felt like we were traveling with a friend! The tour was awesome and Dan was a big reason for that!

2 hours at Lake Louise and 2 hours at Lake Lorraine
What a great way to see these lakes! This tour is unique in that you get two hours at both Lake Morraine and Lake Louise. This gives you plenty of time to take a short hike or even rent a canoe. Our guide Rey took us on a great hike at Lake Lorraine to a secluded lookout point where we got a great view of the lake. Our guide also told us a lot about the park during the drives between stops.

Amazing views of Banff park
This tour was so great! With parking being a bit of a challenge at several places in Banff, it was great to have a guide with a van who handled all that and we were free to enjoy the views during the ride and each stop along the way. Our guide, Taylor, provided information about the park along the ride and took us on short hikes at the stops. On our tour we stopped at Bow Lake, Peyto Lake, Columbia Ice Fields and on the way back at Waterfowl Lakes. Beautiful views and short doable hikes. For the ice fields if you want to go out on the hike there it is cold and windy so bring a long sleeve shirt, fleece or sweatshirt and a coat plus pants.

Wildlife Adventure with Charlie
Charlie our guide was great and very spirited! My grandmother who has limited mobility was able to enjoy the trip with the whole family. Charlie was patient with us getting on and off the bus due to mobility situation. He also took lots of pictures so we could remember all the pretty sights and scenery. The bus was able to drop off in town where we walked to dinner afterwards and the meeting spot at the train station in town was also convenient to meet at. We didn’t see a bear or moose but we did some other wildlife and pretty sights/highlights of Banff while Charlie gave us information and history of the area.

We had the most enjoyable experience on our Wildlife & Sightseeing tour. Our guide Nolan was informational, funny and an excellent conversationalist. We had the opportunity to see not only beautiful sites but also an assortment of wildlife including the elk herd. Nolan was very kind and accommodating for my disability and made sure I didn't miss out on any part of the tour. He checked in with me throughout the evening to make sure I was doing ok. Thank you!!!

Magical experience, watching the sun rise over lake Moraine, then on to Lake Louise after breakfast. Everything we hoped it would be. Liam was a funny, friendly and knowledgeable guide. It was great that as a guide Liam respected the environment we were in and encouraged the group to do the same. Definitely recommend The Doody family.

Dan is the Man!!
Our group of 8 traveled with Dan from Radventures to the Icefields Parkway and had a great day. Dan was very knowledgeable with facts and history about anything and everything and had a sense of humor which matched up great with our group. We stopped at Bow and Peyto lakes which were stunning and then got to explore the glacier and learn the hard truth about how much it is receding and how long until its permanently gone. Van ride was comfortable; weather was chilly up at the glacier so wear layers! Would highly recommend Radventures for this tour!

Stunning Lakes Louise & Moriane
The second successive day with Radventures from Banff. The first was with the superb Dan on the Hidden Gems tour, Day Two was to Lakes Louise & Moraine. Happily, the high expectations set by Dan on Day One, were maintained by the delightful Emma, who took us to a couple of the Rocky Mountain highlights; Lake Louise was stunning, and we had plenty of free time to explore this glorious setting. Lake Moriane was (for me), even more beautiful, and I was fortunate enough to find a quiet spot to have lunch and just gawp at the quiet majestic beauty all around me. A nice relaxing tour and Emma was great company throughout. Well informed, helpful, keen, and charming - Thank you Emma. From Gary, London.

We went on the sunrise tour to Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. We had a great time and our tour guide Liam was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and made the tour! I highly recommend recommend using Radventures and ask for Liam!

My family and I did two tours with Radventures: Best of Banff National Park Adventure and Icefields Parkway Adventure: Columbia Icefield Discovery Edition. Both were exceptional tours and what made them even better were our Tour Guides: Clem and Simon. An incredible shout-out to both Clem and Simon for being knowledgeable and entertaining. We highly recommend Radventures for your tours whilst in Banff. If you end up getting either Clem or Simon, then consider yourself even more lucky!
