We booked a trip for the sunrise adventure to lake Moraine and lake Louise. The views at both lakes were breathtaking and definitely worth it. It was a great trip with a great guide. Conny was our guide and told us a lot of fun facts. She was very attentive and made it a great day for us!

Amazing Canada Day Weekend Tour!

Amazing tour with Phoebe, our super friendly and knowledgeable guide! She helped us dodge the massive crowds of Canada Day weekend, and was very flexible as we had several options for locations to visit, duration at each, etc. We went to Moraine lake first to dodge the crowd at Lake Louise. Because of this, I was able to enjoy canoeing on the calmest waters and get some incredible photos. Phoebe took the rest of the group on one hike (rock pile) and one walk around the lake. Afterwards we went to Lake Louise, where we hiked up to the viewpoint overlooking the Fairmont, then my group helped ourselves to some refreshments before heading to Marble Canyon. Very cool! We saw elk and a pair of wrestling marmots as well. 10/10 experience, if you want to enjoy the sights and trails of Banff 7am-4pm, I'd recommend Radventures.

Great day, great guide!

We were in the early-bird start for an all-day tour, and ended up with just one other couple in our group for a semi-private tour. It was a great day - many thanks and kudos to our guide, Rae! She gave us white glove, gold star treatment and made the whole experience a lot of fun. We visited Moraine Lake and Lake Louise as the major stops with very pleasant hikes at both locations - with many, many scenic views and photo ops. The two of us had pre-ordered lunch; both of us enjoyed our meals and treats. Rae is a wealth of knowledge on the area and patiently answered our zillion questions. (She's also a whiz at getting pictures of only her subject people in very busy photo op spots!!) On the way back, we stopped at several overlooks and waysides to look at scenery and wildlife. Rae was very willing to accommodate us in stopping to ID some plants along the way as well. All in all we were able to see sites that we may have been 'crowded out' from reaching, and got a great education to boot. We rate this day as one of our top tours, ever!

Very good experience!

Flossie did a very nice job directing this outing. We did the tour in a van. The size of the van was adequate for the number of passengers. She stopped several times to allow people to take pictures of various sites. When we saw wildlife, which was fairly frequently, she took whatever time was needed to give everyone time to watch/take pictures. We saw elk (including a calf that wasn’t very old), bighorn sheep, coyote, and mule deer during the tour. It was actually the most variety of wildlife that we saw during our entire trip in western Canada. Overall, we were happy to have booked this tour, and pleased with Flossie’s work.

The views were incredible and we got to see some gorgeous wildlife. Our tour guide was Ollie and he had some amazing facts and stories about the area and it’s history. Plus he made the trip extra fun by playing a little trivia game with us about the area

We took the Best of Banff tour with Rae, our guide from Radventures. We had an excellent day - super comfortable van with AC, great access to the key sites (parking ourselves or public transit was never going to work for us) and great knowledge of everything Banff. It was literally the perfect day. Thank you Rae!!!! (Call your mom ;-)

We hit the wildlife jackpot on Liam's tour Banff National Park! Although there is never a guarantee to see animals in the wild, we were able to spot a black bear, a cinnamon bear, elk (with babies!), juvenile and female Big Horn Sheep, white-tailed deer, mule deer, and an osprey. Liam was friendly and knowledgeable. I can't believe he only arrived in Canada a few months ago because he knows everything!

Had an amazing day on the Best of Banff tour, visiting the beautiful Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Our guide Ollie was very knowledgeable and gave us local stories and anecdotes throughout the journey which made the whole experience unique. We were also lucky enough to also spot some local wildlife when Ollie took us to some local gems at the end of the trip, including a mother bear and two cubs! Would fully recommend Radventures to anyone visiting Banff in the future.

This is an overdue review of our family's experience going on the Radventures full-day tour (9.5 hours total) of the Icefields Parkway, Glaciers, and Skywalk. We were accompanied by the beautiful Emma! First, we got lucky in that our small group tour ended up being a private tour for just our family -- likely due to the newness of the tour we were going on (I think Radventures had just added it). Emma is such a knowledgeable, funny, and compassionate guide. She somehow figured out each of our personalities very quickly and knew how to highlight different parts of the tour that would appeal to us individually. We enjoyed our hours-long talks with Emma as we traversed the long highways to and from the Columbia Icefields. I also want to note that Emma was so, so kind to a more senior member of our family. She encouraged this family member through more physically challenging parts of the tour and was always patient and lighthearted. As for the tour itself, I think the Icefields Parkway, Columbia Icefields, and glaciers are a quintessential part of the Banff/Jasper experience. It is otherworldly to be surrounded by glaciers and super surreal to actually walk on one! We also stopped by Peyto and Bow Lakes, which are beautiful (and more peaceful than Moraine and Louise). Also, just so no one is surprised, there is a leg of the tour at the Columbia Icefields and the Skywalk that is managed by another company (they have exclusive rights, as in you can't access this area unless it's through them). The fee for this portion of the trip is included in the Radventures tour costs. I thought Emma did a good job of being respectful of this other company but also remaining engaged/attentive with our group. I think what really defined our experience was Emma. I know this sounds like a incentivized endorsement, but it's not and our family truly feels this! We went on guided tours with other companies in other parts of Banff, and to be frank, they don't hold a candle to this one. I hope everyone is as lucky as we were to get someone who genuinely loves, respects, and knows Banff/Jasper and welcomes tourists like us to experience it through their eyes. P.S. If you are lucky enough to get Emma, ask her about her elk story!!

Great experience

Our family did 3 tours with Adventures: Best of Banff (Moraine Lake, Lake Louise) with Gini, Yoho and hidden gems with Emma, and Icefields Parkway with Bec. All 3 tours were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The views are absolutely stunning. Gini, Emma and Bec are all great tour guides, very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ve learned a lot of information and interesting facts about the places we visited. We’ve seen some wildlife too: black bears, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, and deer. I would definitely recommend Radventures!

We spent the day visiting Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and multiple other spots in Banff National Park.

We had an excellent day! Ollie was a great guide all day too. He was kind, fun and had so much interesting information to share throughout the day. We started out at Lake Louise, arriving early in the day which cut back some on the crowds. We hiked up to Fairview lookout which was absolutely gorgeous and the trail wasn’t busy at all. Our next stop was Moraine Lake. It’s a must see for sure, and this tour is a great way to access the area. Ollie gave us some suggestions and then we spent our time exploring, and had a picnic lunch along the lake. (Delicious sandwiches we ordered from Radventures). Ollie took the old highway on our way back to Banff which gave us the chance to see more of this area than we would’ve been able to see on our own. Once back near Banff, we also had time for Minnewanka, and Mt Norquay. We were so excited to see a black bear and a family of mountain sheep too. This tour was absolutely perfect, Ollie was top notch and we’d definitely recommend it!

Radventures Best of Banff was RAD (as was Rae!)

We loved our tour guide Rae - she really exuded love for Banff and we felt it. She was very knowledgeable as well. She always helped us get the best photos and was alway thinking of our needs. We never would have been able to make it to Lakes Moraine and Louise without Radventures. The clean comfortable minibus had AC and cold water for us, as well as USB ports for charging our phones. We had a perfect day! (Call your mom ;-)
