We took an e-bike tour of Banff with our guide, Dan Richardson. It was the highlight of our week in Banff, and I’m convinced that Dan is the best tour guide in North America, hands down. Don’t miss out on this excellent adventure.

Clem is a professional, friendly and efficient guide, supplying full information in a timely way. She has an impressive knowledge of the local ecology and wildlife. She is personable and was very friendly with all the group members. Nothing was too much trouble. The organisation of the whole trip was very good and the van (minibus) was modern and comfortable. We also met one of her colleagues, Sebastian, who was equally personable and well organised. We would not hesitate to recommend Clem and Radventures.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Lunch was great and the tour bus was excellent. It was one of our best experiences as a family of 9. We truly enjoyed our trip.

Ollie was a great guide

Ollie was a great host and kept the trip buoyant despite the damp weather. He kindly provided warm drinks to compensate a little for the drizzle. Lots of useful information about the area and some fascinating animal insights. Great trip, thoroughly recommend.

Great trip and excellent guide - super knowledgeable about Banff and the surrounding area - learned alot about wildlife, policies about the park and made the trip fun.

Bee was amazing. I did two tours with Radventures in Banff, - Hidden Gems and Best of Banff and I was lucky enough to get Bee as a guide both times. She was energetic and bubbly and chatted to everyone on the bus. She had an impressive depth of knowledge about the area. I recommend Bee and Radventures highly 😀

Olly our tour guide/driver was amazing he explained everything to use about our evening tour to 2 lakes.was friendly and helpful and polite..I had a mobility walker with me and he helped me to get around the lake and uneven bits..guided me to area's that were safe and I was able to use my walker and walking stick around lake Louise ..only downside it rained the whole tour..but still had a lovely time..definitely recommend using the company after the service we received from olly..

Our family of 4 had a FABULOUS day with Cam & Ollie on the Icefields Parkway tour today! They were a dynamic duo able to share a tremendous amount of valuable information in a fun approachable way. The views along the trip and special places we got to see were amazing! This is the 2nd tour we have used Radventures for while in Banff, and we highly suggest you give this company a try!

Absolute Cracker! We had a fantastic time doing the Lake Lousie / Moraine Lake day tour with Radventures. Started off getting picked up in Banff on what appeared to be a rainy dreary day, but was assured by our driver that the more overcast it was, the higher chance to see wildlife – which proved true as 20 mins into the drive we spotted a black bear roaming by a river. We would later see some beautiful elk and possibly even a moose (too far away to be sure)! The bus was super comfortable and Genie (our guide) had some great information to share. When we arrived at Lake Louise, she even joined us on the hike to Fairmont Look out. We learned about lichen and the types of woodlands along the way. The lookout was incredible, and Genie was there we were able to get an incredible pic of our group without having to bother someone who would have a probably taken a mediocre pic! Our next stop at Moraine Lake was magical, as the skies cleared and the sun shone onto the perfect turquoise lakes. We were able to split off and do our own walk to the river – well worth the journey if you ask me. We got back to the van which was parked right next to the entrance so we didn’t have to go far. Apparently Moraine lake isn’t accessible by normal car, so Radventures was the way to go. Our last stop was absolutely breathtaking, though this was the secret final stop – so I won’t say too much more. Overall, the tour was really good, all planned out so we didn’t have to think about it. Just hopped in the bus and off we went. Our guide was so lovely and knowledgeable, and clearly knew all the secret tips/ spots to get the most out of the day. She also didn’t go hinting about leaving a tip like other guides have before us (though we were sure to give one)! I would recommend Radventures (especially for Genie), and if I return to Banff I’ll look them up again for sure.

Had a great evening with Jaycob as our guide. He has a lot of knowledge about the area and is just a really nice person. We saw two bears and elks on the trip, so all in all a great trip. Can only recommend it.
